# Import from G2

> Import G2 reviews in bulk with your API key, or save one with the browser extension.

Import G2 reviews into a Space in bulk with your G2 API key, or save a review with the browser extension.

## Bulk import G2 reviews

1.  From the [dashboard](https://testimonial.to/dashboard), open the Space. You can also click the three-dot menu on the space card and choose **Manage testimonials**.

2.  Click **Import**, then **\+ Import**, and search for **G2**.

3.  Enter your business name and your G2 API key. Generate the key from [G2 integrations](https://www.g2.com/static/integrations).

    **Note:** If the product name has spaces, replace each space with `-` or remove the spaces.
    
4.  Import reviews from the first 2 pages, or fetch all reviews.

## Import with the browser extension

1.  Install the [Testimonial browser extension](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/testimonial/gojdbimennlpdoagkgongbdecafpccim). It works on Chromium browsers such as Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi, and Microsoft Edge.
    
2.  Open the G2 review. Right-click and choose **Save text**.

3.  Add or edit the testimonial details. Under **Select Spaces**, choose the Space. Check **Add to My Wall of Love** if you want it on the wall.

4.  Save the review. Testimonials imported from the extension appear in **Inbox**.

## More about G2 imports

## Some G2 reviews do not show

Only reviews where the reviewer gave consent are fetched. If the reviewer denied consent or never gave it, you cannot use that review on a Wall of Love or other external display.

## Error: “Sorry, something went wrong fetching your reviews.”

-   Check the token permissions in G2 and confirm the key is still valid.
    
-   Generate a [new API token](https://www.g2.com/static/integrations) and try again.
