# Import from Instagram

> Import an Instagram post into a Space by URL or with the browser extension.

Import an Instagram post into a Space by pasting the post URL, or save it with the Testimonial browser extension.

**Note:** Instagram posts show a thumbnail on the Wall of Love. Clicking the thumbnail opens the original post in a new tab.

## Import from a post URL

1.  Open the Space from the [dashboard](https://testimonial.to/dashboard). If you do not have a Space yet, create one first. See [Get started](https://help.testimonial.to/en/collections/3468757-get-started-on-testimonial).
    
2.  In the Space sidebar, click **Import**. On the Import page, click **\+ Import**, then choose **Instagram**.

3.  Paste the Instagram post URL and import it.

4.  Check the option to add it to your [Wall of Love](https://testimonial.to/bob-s-donuts/all) if you want it on the wall.

## Import with the browser extension

1.  Install the [Testimonial browser extension](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/testimonial/gojdbimennlpdoagkgongbdecafpccim). It works on Chromium browsers such as Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi, and Microsoft Edge.

2.  Open the Instagram post. Right-click and choose **Save text** or **Take a screenshot**.

3.  Save it to your Testimonial account.
