# Inviting a Team Member to Your Account

> Invite account-level teammates on Ultimate (up to 5) or Ultimate+ (unlimited). Extra Staff/Admin seats are $10 per seat per month; extra space seats are $5 per seat per month.

Invite a teammate so they can manage your Testimonial account. Only admins can send invitations. Account-level invites are available on Ultimate (up to 5 team members) and Ultimate+ (unlimited).

You can buy extra seats if you need more than your plan includes. Extra Staff/Admin seats are $10 per seat per month. Extra space seats are $5 per seat per month.

## What a team member can do

-   **Create spaces** in your account.
    
-   **Access all spaces** on the dashboard.
    
-   **Manage space rewards** — add funds if you have an incentive balance.
    
-   **Manage testimonials** — add or remove testimonials from your Wall of Love.
    
-   **Notification settings** — change notification preferences.

## Send an invite

1.  Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select **Settings**. You can also open [Team Members](https://testimonial.to/settings?tab=team-members) directly.
    
2.  On the Settings page, go to the **Add Team Members** section.

3.  Enter the teammate’s registered email address and click **Send Invite**.
    
4.  They receive an email. If they do not have an account, the email includes a link to create a free account. If they already have an account, the email includes an accept link to connect it.

## Buy additional seats

Extra Staff/Admin seats are $10 per seat per month. Extra space seats are $5 per seat per month. Extra seats are billed monthly.

1.  Click **Buy More Seats** in team member settings.
    
2.  Enter the number of seats you want to add.
    
3.  Click **Continue** and complete payment in the Stripe Billing Portal.
    

Seats are available as soon as payment succeeds.

**Note:** Extra seats cannot be removed from the dashboard. Message us in the chat widget to remove them.

## Invite is not working

-   Make sure the teammate created a free account from the invitation email.
    
-   If they already have a Testimonial account, they must switch to your account with the **Account Viewer** on the dashboard. After they switch, your spaces appear under Spaces.

-   If it still fails, send a screenshot of the invite email plus the primary account holder’s email and the teammate’s email.
