# Notification Settings

> Choose who is emailed when a testimonial is received, submitted, or published.

Choose which emails you, a teammate, or a submitter receives when a testimonial comes in or is published.

## Notify a teammate about new testimonials only

Add an email that receives new-testimonial alerts without granting access to the rest of the account.

1.  Go to Account [Settings](https://testimonial.to/settings).
    
2.  Select **Notifications** in the left sidebar.
    
3.  Under Notification Settings, click **+add extra**, enter the teammate’s email, and choose the space.
    
4.  Save. That person is emailed only when a new testimonial is submitted.

## Other notification options

-   Notify me after the testimonial is received
    
-   Notify the submitter after the testimonial is submitted
    
-   Notify the submitter after the testimonial is published

## What the emails look like

Notification emails are sent from [noreply@testimonial.to](mailto:noreply@testimonial.to).

Owner, submitter, and approved-testimonial notices use your space or brand color.

If you turn on notify-me-when-received, the email includes:

-   Submitter’s name
    
-   Email
    
-   A snippet of the testimonial
