# Sending Rewards Manually

> Send a gift-card reward to any submitted testimonial on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

Send a reward to any customer who has already submitted a testimonial — even if automatic rewards are off on that Space. Available on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

**Note:** Your account needs available Rewards funds. If the balance is empty, you will be asked to add funds before you continue.

## Before you send

-   Plan: Ultimate or Ultimate+
    
-   Rewards balance: add funds on the [Rewards page](https://testimonial.to/rewards) if needed. The minimum deposit is $50. See [Rewards Balance](https://help.testimonial.to/en/articles/8139944-rewards-balance).
    
-   A testimonial to reward: open the Space that contains the submission.

## Send the reward

1.  Confirm you have enough Rewards balance. See [Send rewards](https://help.testimonial.to/en/articles/6223113-send-rewards).
    
2.  Open the Space that contains the testimonial.

3.  Click the three-dot icon on the testimonial, then select **More actions**. Click **Incentivize** and choose the reward amount.
