I think Haven has done wonders for me and many of my friends and family. It’s such a relief to finally have my digestive problems under control.

8 months ago, after reading my MRI results, my doctor recommended that I undergo shoulder replacement surgery for both my shoulders. Working with Dr. Kolby throughout my pregnancy has been wonderful. At the end of my first trimester I was experiencing nausea, constipation, indigestion, which all resolved just a short time after starting to work with him and have not returned now that I am coming to the end of my pregnancy. How do I describe working with Haven and Dr. Kolby? It's like finding a unicorn, except it's better, Dr. Kolby is very real and he actually exists! I was on a journey already before I found Haven, but I felt like something was missing. And for me, the questions ran the gamut of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. From how I sleep to how much I use my phone and more. It’s all connected. We then got tested for food intolerances and this is what made it all make sense to me. We were eating so many foods that were causing our bodies to be out of whack! I never knew and am SO grateful to have found this out. We switched up what we ate, while along the way learning so much. From reading labels, to learning about additives and heavy metals, to the importance of eating whole foods. You all, my daughter’s problems with constipation are so much better. The rashes she used to get, rarely show up. She’s a new little girl and it brings happy tears to my eyes as I write this. Okay, and I haven’t even talked about the change in me yet! I am 37 years old and had acne like I was 14 years old. It’s gone now. I had no idea how to make my insanely inconsistent sleep schedule( going from 6 hours of sleep to 3 to 12 to 5 to ) better. My daughter introduced me to Dr. Kolby Ourada after she experienced excellent results in his program. Kolby has helped me improve my health in so many ways in a few short months. Understanding my food intolerances, I have been able to go from having diarrhea several times a week to normal bowel habits. I no longer have to stay near a toilet some days to avoid embarrassment. Highly Recommend Haven! I began having server stomach issues about 5 years ago and went to many different Dr's and was put on a lot of different medicines that never did the trick. About two years ago I began to get really sick after I would eat and could literally feel all of my energy drain from my body to the point I could hardly stay awake and then the brain fog began. My experience with Haven has been life-changing to say the least. I initially went in to see Dr. Kolby and Dr. Alex for an evaluation of my food intolerances and was very surprised to find out my primary intolerance was dairy (considering how much I was consuming at the time). My wife and I worked with Dr. Kolby Ourada this past 6 months and mainly focused on our main food intolerances for ways to become more healthy. I had an amazing experience at Haven. During my initial appointment the doctors made me feel so important. The work I've done with Alex at Haven has been nothing short of miraculous. I started back in July, feeling like I would never recover from chronic fatigue and severe bradycardia, with a lot of pain from endometriosis that would take me out every month. I thought I would never be able to work full time. Life-Changing. As a former member of the medical field I've always relied on medications and short term fixes in an attempt to solve the severe digestive issues I've experienced for the last 10-15 years of my life. After receiving several recommendations from friends and family I decided to try the Holistic health route, I wish I had tried it sooner. After performing a simple blood test concerning food intolerance, Dr. Orton was able to tell me that my primary intolerance was fruit and informed me of some food combos to avoid. With some hesitation and a lot of commitment I cut out fruit and sugar, within a week I felt better. After a month the change was even more marked, no more nausea and very minimal issues with digestion and my gut, every month there is improvement physically and mentally(Gut health/Anxiety/Stress). My experience with Dr. Ourada and Haven has been great. My goals were to increase athletic performance and mental performance. The custom program not only taught me about food quality, but also other aspects of holistic health that I had never really paid attention to. It was easy for me to implement the changes incrementally. By the end of the 2nd month of the program, I saw the results I wanted: my athletic performance was better (faster, and more energy for endurance exercises - and this was data I was tracking), and I felt mentally more focused and able to perform better (this was harder to track, so I based it on feeling). I had "diagnosed myself" as gluten sensitive and stuck to a gluten-free diet...but still felt crummy. The doctors at Haven did food intolerance testing; turns out I'm not gluten sensitive but instead need to avoid certain combinations of foods. Drs.
