I was having trouble uploading my local world file to the online server. I would log on the online server and everything we did would not be there so I reached out to support and they helped me alot! The first person I talked to could not figure out what was happening so they escalated my issue to higher up and that person was able to fix my issue! I was soooo happy!!! They are very polite and they have a very good service, they did not stop troubleshooting with me until the issue was fixed. I really recommend this server hosting company for anyone wanting to host an online Valhiem server!!

My server has never lagged, has never gone offline, always connects the first time, their website is easy to understand and works great. Also when I asked for a particular seed after making a server the support staff contacted me quickly and had it done in less then 10 minutes. Honestly I hardly think twice about leaving reviews for anything but these guys deserve it. 5/5. Cheers
