HR Jetpack was great! I have been in HR for 8 years, but had no idea where to start when it came to studying for the SHRM-SCP. After reading all of the reviews I decided to go with HR Jetpack and it was an excellent choice. The customer service is great, I loved all of the different ways that the platform accommodates learning styles: live sessions, pre-recorded sessions, quizzes, reading, flashcards, etc. Christina is also amazing, she has personally answered my questions throughout the process, which was encouraging and solidified my confidence in the process. If you are trying to decided how to prep for SHRM CP or SCP this is the route to go. I have already recommended it to 3 other colleagues who are prepping for their exams! I used the Jetpack videos to self-study for the SCP exam. I found Christina’s voice and explanations throughout the learning modules to be very thorough and calming. As I took the exam, I could still “hear” her voice, as I sifted through the question selections. What I liked best about using her system was the organization of it all. I set up a binder with dividers for each section. Doing that made the mountain of material feel less daunting to me. Finally, she responds to emails so quickly. She is a true professional in every way. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Having different resources while preparing for my SHRM exams (i took both CP & SCP), I can confidently say that HR Jetpack (with all the resources that they have under their umbrella) has been the best! Christina supports you with her super positive attitude throughout your journey, my class instructor Cheryl has been extremely professional and informative and fun (!) during our classes, the amount of supplemental materials has been impressive, the support of the FB group has been very important (the closer you get to the date of the exam the greater need for this support is), all the content of the FB group that you can access on the go! So you name it, HR Jetpack has it all!

The only deterrent may be cost for those folks with financial hardship, who may not be able to obtain sponsorship for certification prep through an employer. Christina and Cheryl are a wealth of knowledge, and their dedication to others' success shows through prep materials. Unfortunately, there were many significant changes I navigated at work in the midst of my prep class schedule, but I was able to print materials, listen to recordings, and review the SHRM LMS around my obligations. I originally was going to take my exam in December, 2019 but ended up postponing until this month to make sure I could focus on extreme studying the few weeks before testing. I passed the SHRM-SCP yesterday, and still can't believe it! I recommend HR Jetpack to any HR pros who are pursuing SHRM certification.

No rushing to a place after a full day of work. I could hook up at the dining room table. The class definitely helped me to pass my exam and get through the books. I had been wanting to sit for the SHRM-SCP for a while and knew that I would not be able to study for this on my own. I did some research on virtual learning programs and found that HR Jetpack had the best offers (lower cost, more instructional hours, SHRM materials, & a private FB study group). I am very pleased that I decided to purchase their study prep course. My instructor Christina was great and very encouraging. The course is hard and requires a lot of work but Christina found a way to make the classes fun. I am happy to say that I PASSED and I could not have done this without the help from everyone at HR Jetpack and my course mates who were going through the process with me.
I had been wanting to sit for the SHRM-SCP for a while and knew that I would not be able to study for this on my own. I did some research on virtual learning programs and found that HR Jetpack had the best offers (lower cost, more instructional hours, SHRM materials, & a private FB study group). I am very pleased that I decided to purchase their study prep course. My instructor Christina was great and very encouraging. The course is hard and requires a lot of work but Christina found a way to make the classes fun.
