Wall of love for I Am Pausing

This retreat was truly amazing. I was both restful but also taught a lot about movements and rituals that can be included in my daily life. The setting was so beautiful too. Would 100% go again!

I was looking to reconnect with myself after a period of ill health and personal stress. Hannah created an environment that allowed for personal exploration and flexibility to do just that. I would recommend this retreat to people who are looking to reset and relax, and would definitely return myself in the future.

The I AM Pausing Offsite was perfect to step away from the business to recharge and reconnect. It gave myself and the team the energy needed for the second half of the year
