Great Information an Communication. Im so gled to have taken this class. Not only for the knowledge but for the community. Its so nice to have someone help you "Break in" the industry and have a team of people who want to help. One thought would be to make things (all Adjusting software, not just IAPAth Mac Friendly!!)

He made sure all of us understood the material before moving forward, even staying upwards of 1 hour over our scheduled time. However, there is just too much information to only have a 1 night/week class. I think an additional night would benefit the students and mentor. Thank your Brad and Chris for your attentiveness.

An opportunity to not miss out on. Highly recommended. Learn from IA veterans, past students, lots of Q&A, gets you where you want to go.

Training in Real-Time. The weekly estimates build off the previous week and get you ready as if you are working for an IA firm. I am happy with what I have learned and ready to write quality estimates in the real world. The live classes are informative and engaging with instruction willing to go the extra mile to teach and answer any questions.

Auto Damage Certification class. Chris Stanley 5 week $2,000 class is worth it. He explains everything out, You will learn more in 5 weeks than you can believe. If you want a live teacher, Chris and Brad Fancher, our other teacher too was great. They are patient and want to help you succeed more than any other class I have seen. Chris is THE MAN in the Independent Auto Adjuster field. You take and pass this class, you will be on your way to working with over 20 Independent Auto companies. This is the Class to take. The $2k is worth every penny and a lot more. Invest in yourself, it will be the best decision you have ever made to get into this field.

You are not alone. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday night trainings. It was informative, interactive, and allowed you to be in the same boat with an entire class. You can feel the compassion and commitment from Chris and Brad for you to succeed and learn from their mistakes and success. It was very encouraging and I would recommend to anyone interested in start this new career path.

Well worth the cost. Chris and Brad could be summarized by the word sincere, if only one could be used. They genuinely care about their students success. They take the time to answer any and all questions after class, and even during the week by other means of communication. They were never belittling or made me feel hesitant to reach out to them. For the actual class. There was a lot of knowledge to soak up. Chris has years of experience and is an absolute authority on the subject. Brad makes for a very patient instructor and has a lot of knowledge to offer, as well. The class did a good job of taking you step by step through the weeks for the typical process for auto claims. I am glad I made the decision to purchase this mentorship program.

They also follow through between them and the IA Path community if you don't succeed then you have not utilized the tools because they practice what they preach and are there every step of the way before, during, and after your graduate.

Auto Damage Certification (Homework Instructions). The homework instructions were set up to be very straightforward and assist you in achieving the ultimate goal in learning how to write an estimate. Overall a good program!

Good straightforward step-by-step information. It's a fairly intense course, especially if you are already employed full time. But it's laid out in a way that's easy to follow and complete. It's a great way to transition into a new career!

Fun and educational. The Tuesday night classes are a lot of fun while also learning the necessary skills to write an auto estimate. Chris and Brad are happy to answer any question you have.

Participation required!. Class material direct and on point. Homework and self-study require you to approach this class as if you are going into business because, you are! Weekly feedback on assignments and the opportunity to engage during class is awesome. You must be ready to follow a process and accept results for your efforts.

Better than Expected. What a great class given by an awesome instructor. Brad did such a terrific job explaining everything we needed to know. Coming into this class, my knowledge was 0-1 at best. After taking Brads class I feel I'm a solid 8-9 in writing estimates and knowing what to look for. Brad made the class very interactive and no matter what question you may have had, he answered it with respect and never made you feel like you should've known what the answer was. In addition, Brad always stayed after class and spoke to me on off time just to help and ensure I was successful. Can't thank him enough. Looking forward to crossing paths in the future.

James. Instructions were very intuitive and easy to navigate. Some of the most beneficial hands on training you can expect from a job.

Auto Damage Certification. The homework instructions were easy to comprehend. The feedback was great if a mistake was made and I appreciated the explanation on how to correct your mistakes.

Writing estimates in Mitchell, and night classes. Both Brad and Chris do an amazing job in teaching the night classes, and reviewing the prior weeks homework assignments. There is always time for participation, and questions. They really make you feel part of the team.

Auto Damage Certification (Homework Instructions). The homework assignments were good ones, the final was a booger though, it was tough I had to really stretch. The evenings with Brad and my classmates were Great! Many thanks to Chris and Brad. But the best thing is knowing you guys, and the community will be there for us even after we are out in the real world. That by itself is priceless!

Life Changing. I consider myself middle-aged. I'm barely into my thirties, so I apologize to anyone who is decades older. My point remains that a good chunk of my life was spent in school, and then my twenties came and went with me being more or less a rolling stone. I've done an assortment of jobs and kept moving on. I know I'm savvy enough to succeed in what I end up doing. What this class has given me for the first time is the confidence to truly be in a position where I have a career I can take anywhere with me. There are no smoke and mirrors here. No hit 70% and you've passed. It is real training provided by real auto damage experts. When they aren't teaching, they are out working claims. Industry veterans teaching the new breed. Between the five weeks of classes and the ever knowledgeable community board you get to be a part of, it's the beginning of an endless life of learning. These people want you to succeed. To ask questions. To build something for yourself. It really is a life changing experience. If anybody has any doubts that this program works, I literally just got off the phone with an IA Firm who is bringing me on board. I took the final two days ago. Two days is all it took to have daily work come my way because they know IA Path's reputation. I am your proof that this certification is worth it.

Awesome Class!!! The homework assignments were extremely beneficial in getting me prepared for my next step, with the deadlines and starting the estimates out simple and then adding new things to the homework each week. It was a very good pace I felt for those of us who are still working a full time job while taking the course.

Great Job Guys. Overall the homework was laid out well and easy to understand. My only input is to start using high resolution images, similar to what our phones take.

Practical Information. The lessons definitely build upon each other. If you had told me we would be doing a total loss with many many parts in wk5 I would have had a hard time believing it! very confidence inspiring

Highly Recommended. I loved the weekly challenges. As the weeks went on they seem to get a little more difficult, or shall I say you really had to pay close attention to detail. Working hands on in the software gave me that visual aid of being able to see how estimates are written in real time. At first I was a little anxious about the zoom class time because I have an early schedule, but it goes by really really fast. Brad was very resourceful and also gave valuable information that you would need on the job. Always ask questions, there is never a dumb one. The only thing I would recommend would be to update some of the instructions and screenshots for homework because some of the websites have changed up a bit. Overall I am very pleased from what I have gained from this course and will continue to take more in the future.

So glad I took this course!! This class was amazing. The founder Chris Stanley was there with us throughout the entire course. I you had a question you could text him or email him. He was always available to everyone! Our instructor Brad Fancher was great, I don't think you could meet a more caring and devoted instructor. He really made you feel like you could do this. So down to earth and relatable. If you plan on taking a certification course, the Mentorship course is the way to go!! They are all there for you, including the IA path social network to answer any question you might have and you will have questions. So nice to be part of a helpful and committed network!!

I was called 2 days after graduating. Unfortunately I was delayed due to not having my business account up and running. Almost 3 weeks out I am onboarded with SCA and Doan Group and received 1st claim! I would also like to add, from the time I started pre-licensing -> licensed in Texas -> to auto damage certified -> to 1st claim has taken less than 90 days!

Q: Many Days After Getting Certified Did It Take You To Get Your First Claims? A: I took a more conservative approach and had a plan in place. It was a month after. I completed my onboarding with SCA right as I was finishing up my notice at my prior job and almost instantly had a claim after.

The material that was put together for this course is a combination of the best stuff from the best people with years of expertise in a variety of fields. The text is laid out in such a way that you build up so much knowledge effortlessly. Brad, our instructor, always made sure there we understood everything before moving on. The only regret I have is that I didn't do it years earlier.

Awesome Information The information and the hands-on are well put together and really challenge you to apply the process taught. Brad was VERY helpful when there when I came across something I was unclear about. Would highly recommend it to any new adjuster, it's a must have class.
