They came out from Commerce City to my home to evaluate my car. I didn’t have to go anywhere. Then, they went with me to get a rental for the time my car was being repaired. Then COVID hit and they covered the rental for TWO EXTRA WEEKS. Lastly, Insurance is a nightmare and will do everything possible to get over on you, including using cryptic language, etc. Just let iHail deal with them, because they can’t pull stunts with professionals who are used to navigating insurance. IHail entirely dealt with my insurance. Thanks iHail! The experience was great. I highly endorse these guys!

I had an AWESOME experience with iHail. My Mercedes had some fairly severe damage from last summer and I went to three different shops telling me they couldnt repair my car. They said the damage was way too heavy. I met Ricardo while he was canvassing my neighborhood and he gave me hope. I was shocked that they were able to finish my car within the two weeks they promised. Not only does my Mercedes look brand new, but I didn't have to pay my deductible and they worked directly with my insurance. I simply dropped my car off, picked up my free rental car, and that was that!

I was approached by ihail in my neighborhood and I was very skeptical at first. I have had hail service repair in 2018 from another company and having a 2017 honda crv at the time, I quickly realized many services were not prepared for an advanced car with lots of collision prevention systems. Due to how sensitive my car is to any work, I had to get a calibration done at the honda dealer after the first hail repair to get my dash board fixed. However, I asked tons of question with ihail and they were super helpful and guaranteed that if my dashboard were to malfunction, they were going to fix it. Many other hail repair services don't add this to their contract but ihail had no problem. If I had to give some advice to ihail, I would suggest better communication with the insurance and also a better status on when the car will be done. Had to call the car rental 8 times the day it was due to extend the rental but in the end, it worked out. Great service otherwise, no technical problems, and they even did a nice interior detailing job!

I’ll definitely be coming back here if I get hail damage this summer!

He was very helpful and no pressure. They told me it would take about 2 weeks to repair but I got my truck back after only a week and a few days. I highly recommend them for any hail damage repair!

I thought too long of time had gone by to do anything about it but after speaking with Ricardo he assured me that the insurance would still cover it. Repairs took less than the 2 week window they promised and my car had a full detail when I picked it up. Highly recommend!!!!

I had hail damage on my vehicle from May 2019. iHail came to my home and provided a free initial assessment. After bringing my car into the shop, they indicated it would take approximately 10 days to fix the damage. They handled all communication with my insurance company and the deductible. They did a great job removing all of the dents and the vehicle looks as it did before the storm. If I had one recommendation, I'd ask they notify if there were any delays. I had to reach out after the 10-day period as I had not received an update that an additional part was needed.
I had hail damage on my vehicle from May 2019. iHail came to my home and provided a free initial assessment. After bringing my car into the shop, they indicated it would take approximately 10 days to fix the damage. They handled all communication with my insurance company and the deductible. They did a great job removing all of the dents and the vehicle looks as it did before the storm. If I had one recommendation, I'd ask they notify if there were any delays. Naim approached me in a fascinations parking lot as he was leaving the store with a large bag. I was flattered that such a charming young man would want to talk to me, but I was apprehensive given where we were at the time. Unfortunately my insurance company convinced m that it would be in my best interest to not file a claim. Though, as I was sitting on my porch, an iHail representative came to me asking if I had any plans on fixing my car. I told them what my insurance company had told me. I was clearly misinformed. I took the leap of faith and trusted what they were saying. Boy, I have never trusted an independent auto body shop until now. They covered my deductible which I could not afford. And they gave me a FREE rental car. The repair took a little over a week but they kept me well informed through the entire repair process. The repair itself was amazing. I was not aware of the service paintless dent repair until Chris was very informative when he came to my house. Now you all know where I will be servicing all of my hail damage needs.

Got my car as a present to me on my bday this January 2021 and the hail that hit East Austin gave it horrid indentations all over. Being brand new this was anger-some but by chance met Wilfredo and he explained to me in easy terms how fixing my damage would make my car like new and he didn't disappoint. My brand new car looks brand new again. My insurance made the process take a long time but iHail was prompt and fast and amazing. Wilfredo is awesome and attentive to concerns. Definitely will have to use them above others if my car gets ugly by hail again!!!.
