The Inner Drive workshops delivered by Hanna were excellent. The students were engaged and active and they learned information that was highly relevant to their own learning and self-awareness. The workshops were thought-provoking, fun, and well-paced. These workshops are highly recommended for all schools looking to have dynamic and interactive ways to get students motivated to be their best selves academically and personally. 😄

Brad Busch delivered an engaging and inspiring talk to the Y6 pupils of West Lodge Primary School. The workshop included some of Brad's top tips for being resilient and displaying a growth mindset. The mini-experiments were simple but effective, helping everyone understand the importance of reacting to setbacks and mistakes in the right way. The sessions for each class were excellent. - the children came away from them inspired and motivated.

Edward led an excellent day of CPD for our whole team; thank you! The day provided challenge, self-discovery and fun! We enjoyed the practical activities that helped remind everyone about what good communication looks like and how difficult it can be to achieve. Edward facilitated powerful discussions about team dynamics, recognising the importance of everyone’s roles and the different stages of group performance. It has provided a lot of information for us to continue to use to develop and enhance our team dynamics and performance.

We had four sessions with Ed and Chantal from inner drive. The sessions were informative, interesting, engaging and most importantly, useful for our staff and the needs of the school. All of the sessions were such high quality in terms of research, information, delivery and resources. Thanks again to the team at inner drive.

Bradley came along to a Work event I helped organise and his ‘Performance Under Pressure’ Workshop was brilliant! Everyone was really engaged and came away with some great tips on things such as managing stress at work. He talked about overcoming barriers such as negative self talk, and I found it a very beneficial session. I’d definitely recommend InnerDrive for any future corporate events. Thanks again!

After talking with Matt from InnerDrive regarding the support that we required through their workshops, he delivered an excellent workshop to students and their parents regarding exam anxiety and stress management. Helping them to understand and manage it.

Really engaging speakers sharing purposeful, evidence-based ideas with students about performing under pressure, studying with the brain in mind and maximising chances of academic success. Lots of very positive feedback from students the following day confirmed that they had valued the sessions. The parent workshop in the evening was excellent too, and no punches were pulled there!

Positive: Communication, QualityYear 11 really enjoyed the interactive nature of the workshops and were enthused by all of the sessions. The coaches were very approachable and the students appreciated the tips for managing stress. They particularly liked the idea of having a game plan for their upcoming mocks and learning ways to get better sleep!

Inner Drive were at our school for most of the day and delivered a engaging, well thought out workshop with different year groups and genders. Would highly recommend to other schools. I hope we get an opportunity for them to come to the school again.

Staff really enjoyed the practical examples and this really embedded the knowledge. Brad gave time for staff to think about how they could apply this to their own practice.
