A key takeaway for me is that I have not been planning enough. I am realizing it's a skill that I haven't properly developed. I keep too much in my head instead of using tools, systems and calendars to help. Seeing the detail you go to with your planning in Notion was eye-opening.
I really liked how you showed me your Notion Dashboards and explained why you do what you do. I also liked how you talked about building a personalized system that I would ENJOY using. It's been a couple of weeks since our session, and I can already feel a difference in the way I approach things.

The biggest takeaway from the call was to use more databases and create a centralized hub for my databases.
I liked that it was a free-flowing conversation where we covered a variety of topics and there was space for both of us to speak and ask questions.
Janice gave me a different way to look at my setup, and the emphasis on simplicity has inspired me to go back to basics with my dashboards. I haven't implemented it all yet as it will take some time but I am excited about the potential.
