I am new to this newsletter, but I loved it. I successfully managed to complete all the first 5 lessons and learned a lot about Notion.  I was wondering whether there will be further lessons like this in the future, or if the training will end with the 5th lesson. Thanks for letting me know.

I've been using Notion but without understanding its real potential. I'm still a beginner, but Jeff's Notion Toolkit gave me the insight I needed: the key is to connect databases into a system!! Genius!! Thanks, Jeff, for your generosity!!

The logic behind the organization of information that allows me to feel more in control of the stuff I want to save for later, but usually never find it ever again. Now, this is solved. Thank you!

The biggest benefit is the rapid creation of a functional prototype of the system, which I have been looking for for more than 15 years. In the past, I tried to apply GTD principles in the Microsoft Office 365 environment and later in Google Workspace Enterprise, but the range of tools was very insufficient for effectively reducing cognitive load. I had to remember the system in every single program or tool in the Microsoft or Google environment and their mutual relationships, and in addition, I had to use external applications such as Toggl or Trello. Insufficient management of the system of reminders and views on currently necessary tasks and information that I need to know at a given time created extreme stress for me from the fact that I might miss something important. I also resigned myself to trying to design such a system by programming my own application, even though I had a complete functional specification draft and precise case studies for which it was intended. My IT development capabilities and the excessive costs of development through external IT developers discouraged me from this step. I was very disappointed that Google has not developed a service similar to Notion in over 10 years that would integrate all of its Google Workspace tools. Instead, they have added a lot of useless tools that I don't think anyone uses. Notion is an extremely practical tool for quickly prototyping backend and frontend management focused on quick setup and immediate use for execution. This is a really fantastic discovery! I want to continue with the paid version of the Notion Toolkit and set up my management cockpit exactly according to my needs based on the great foundation of the Life OS Command center! I already know that I have found the right platform and the next part is when I have to learn how to use it so that it fulfills its purpose and so that I can fully devote myself to my diverse activities from creative, through development to privacy and managing my healthy lifestyle and nowadays also digital detox. Thank you very much Jeff for your videos and tutorials and I am already looking forward to my progress using your other toolkits for Google Workspace and AI! Great job!

Thanks so much Jeff. Really appreciated the videos and templates. Gone from zero to pretty competent with Notion in just a couple of weeks. Most importantly I have a structure that and playbook now that I think will scale and save me lots of time going forward as my startup and the team grows.

I guess my favorite thing wasn't so much the databases ideas or the templates but more so the understanding of the system and its importance. The week-long newsletter is a great idea to slowly start building and experimenting.

The Command Centre was the best. Your description of how you use it day to day at Google is great. Many videos are just describing how to setup the program with no context. The context matters.

The task organization system is life-changing. Jeff talks about reducing the friction of capturing, organizing, and completing tasks. It's insane how well it works. I would 100% recommend this to others. Peace of mind is amazing when you feel confident important tasks aren't slipping through the cracks.

Love all the tips and suggestions you have shared throughout the Toolkit, especially on: 1. The daily short and practical lessons, which you broke into small pieces that people felt achievable, and could see that it has been done. 2. Love the "Relationship" concept of how things can be put into different databases, but all interconnected with ease as well. I will definitely recommend Notion Toolkit to others, but only to certain types of people in my connections. The reason is fairly simple - Only those who felt the pains could see the benefits this toolkit is going to address, and the needs to take actions ^_^.

I truly appreciate the command center. I am struggling with how to integrate new pages automatically to the master todo list. I am enjoying the concept of a notes landing zone. Most relevant for me is the relational links on projects to bring areas and resources together. I am struggling with the hidden areas and resources. The search works but I still have to know contextually what I need to find it. Or at least remember I had it especially when I archive. It would be great just to have a date order led list of all resources and area pages with the title to quickly screen. Maybe this is the use for the AI I keep putting off upgrading But if you take nothing from this feedback. Take this. Thank you for sharing your expertise and imagination with me. I was stuck before seeing your approach and explain how to use Notion And the second brain. I am getting older. Starting to slow down. And this has provided me hope. One last ask. Is there a way to easily integrate screen reading. I am losing my vision. Speechify does okay but it is still clunky and does not work great with the desktop version to help activate all the features.

As a beginner, I am constantly amazed by the capabilities of Notion and Jeff's incredible teaching style. His explanations are clear, engaging, and incredibly helpful. While it may take me a little longer to follow along sometimes, I always feel energized and excited to implement what I've learned. Jeff is a wonderful teacher—patient, humble, and genuinely funny. He makes learning enjoyable and accessible, no matter your skill level. I truly appreciate the consistent effort and high-quality content he brings to every course. Highly recommend!

Nested recurring meeting template Yes - great intro to notion if you don't know where to begin

My favorite tip was the creation of databases and establishing relations. It is by far the most freeing thing. I loved your simple yet highly adaptable templates, which provided a solid foundation for building my Notion knowledge. I have tried and failed learning Notion before, so I have a lot of thanks to Jeff for this toolkits and learning tips. I would recommend Notion to others as a place to consolidate all the information on a project in a visual way that I have not seen in my experience thus far.

Really, just having how to create a database and different for a to do lists and notes was transformative for me. It opened up so many more ideas and ways to organize things. Loved it.

I was totally amazed to find out TODAY about the free templates you're sharing! I realize it would take me months, if not years, of trial and error to create something that could incorporate your ideas. And seeing your templates... they are just breathtaking, truly beautiful! I created the LifeOS from your video. It's a great way to clear up some of my desktop space. I've tried different variations to track projects and tasks for years and from the start I like this so much better. I'm currently learning how to manage meetings better and add it to my dashboard.

Notes thread template making track meeting minutes much more easier and intuitive. Definitely. Makes Notion's learning curve much shorter for me.
