So, there we were…under contract with WalkMe but did not have any content published. This meant that we were not actively working to improve our digital adoption on Salesforce but were also not getting any ROI (return on investment). We had a Ferrari in our garage but had no one that knew how to drive it. Then began the hunt to find a driver that could help us both get back up and running and help to train our team. We interviewed a few different people and decided to move forward with Jeff. Not only was he the most personable, but he was deeply knowledgeable and willing to take the time to thoroughly explain things. When you work with Jeff, you are not just a transaction, you are building a relationship that you will hopefully have for years to come. One of the many benefits of working with Jeff is the way he handles his contracts. They are all goal/outcome based and he will put in however many hours are needed to get you there. In our case that meant everything from the logistics of getting the technical backend settings all tweaked, joining us for stakeholder meetings to hear the needs of the business, building some baseline content, and then providing our team with a 12-week training program that covered a little bit of everything from the basics of building, to analyzing, all the way to program expansion. We have Walkme implemented on two separate applications here at M3. The first application we implemented with an "out of the box" big service company type of approach. It went Ok, we received basic training and implemented some limited content but felt the overall experience didn't bridge the gap between user and software like we anticipated.
