I can say, without hesitation, Dave's coaching has been the most impactful thing (outside of having kids) in my LIFE in the last 5 years. Both personally and professionally, he's helped me evolve tremendously as a leader/person. When we were looking for a coach, we wanted someone who could understand us (and had been in our shoes).
