Being out of education for 23 years, I didn't know where to start looking for the right course. I contacted the Learnful team, and found them extremely friendly and helpful on discussing my options. The tutor, Clive, was brilliant and made the course appealing and interesting to all levels of backgrounds. He answered all sorts of queries and nothing was a problem, even sorting technical problems! The support team dealt with all queries in a prompt manner. I had knowledge / experience going into the course and I wanted certification for it, but I learned so much in this course that I would recommend it to everyone as a refresher and now with the revised tax brackets for Budget 2022 would be the perfect time to take this course. The blended learning approach meant that if life gets in the way you can still catch up on classes with the recorded sessions. The guys were so helpful and always available on email/phone to offer help when needed. You'll get the best out of this course by attending the live sessions but the recorded materials are a lifesaver if you are studying while working.

Both the lecturer, Clive, and the behind the scenes support were incredibly efficient in providing assistance. The assessment at the end of the course was also practically based and a true reflection of the learning. Online practical courses can sometimes be difficult to maintain focus but this course excelled at this.
