I have known Leif for more than a decade and I have seen him grow his organization/company from relatively small business to a large corporation today. I believe this is due among other things, for his ability to actually listen to and absorb new ideas and implement this in his business. He also is quite generous in sharing his knowledge to others. I have invited Leif in the past to help our office (the then ICT Office, now Department of Information and Communications Technology) to support our capacity building initiatives for our stakeholders and provide inspiration during our advocacy events. In December 2019, you offered me an opportunity that I never imagined I would have, especially given that I lacked the formal qualifications, like a degree, typically required for such a role. But you believed in my abilities even more than I did. You not only guided me but also shaped my journey into the world of sales. You instilled confidence in me, always reminding me that setbacks are just stepping stones and that failure isn’t the end—it's a part of growth. “Keep trying until you succeed,” you would say, and those words stuck with me.
