My name is Jessica and I’m a brow artist who offers permanent brows, brow lamination and tint as well as lash lifts! Before I worked with Lia I was strugglingggg to find clients, marketing is not something that comes naturally to me and I previously hired marketers (again with no knowledge of the field) thinking that they would bring me what I was looking for. What I was met with was cheap paying clients who didn’t respect the quality of my services or the price, who was shopping around for the cheapest price, and because of that I was struggling to raise my prices. I was constantly having to “persuade” them in the DMs and it was exhausting. I was constantly left on read after clients would ask for the price. Some people did book but it wasn’t enough. I was having to look for new clients all the time. Not enough people were coming back. Additionally, no one would use my booking link and people only booked one specific service. I came across Lia’s page one day and was captivated by the testimonials of clients she was sharing on her Instagram stories. She seemed raw and genuine. I sent her a DM and told her my situation and asked whether or not her approach would work for me as it was completely different from what I was doing before. Her response is what convinced me early on. She was extremely honest and transparent, something I truly respect about her. She didn’t make false promises saying she’ll double or triple my income. She explained how her program would work, what would suit my needs best, and what to expect from it, but she mentioned that I would have to put in the work and be patient most of all. It was very different from what I was told by other marketers in the past. The reason being is because she not only specializes in marketing but she is mentor above all — someone who will thoroughly audit your business and guide you to success. I joined her VIP day program and 15 mins into the meeting I texted my best friend saying I made the right investment. That’s how impressed I was with how MUCH she offered me in our meeting in such a short amount of time. She audited my business in a way I never anticipated and that’s something that’s truly unique about her. She’s extremely observant and analytical. She’ll find all your blind spots and teach you how to leverage your skills and what you have to offer to set you apart in the industry. She came up with a veryyyyy detailed game plan of what needed to be done on my end AND how to track the results to analyze the data in a very practical way. I went from 1-2 return clients a month to 8-11 return clients a month. I stopped running ads (which I was extremely scared to do) and went completely organic with her approach and STILL managed to make back the same income within the first two months. That was HUGE for me. When I tried to do organic marketing BY MYSELF without a mentor, I made very little income so this truly was validation that her method was working. Previously clients were focused on booking one service, now I have clients booking ALL of the services on my menu. The biggest relief was the conversations in my DMs they were so seamless, clients just message me ready to book without me having to do so much heavy lifting in our DMs. People were finally using my booking link. I even raised my prices as per her recommendation and they STILL booked ONLINE without any question. Most importantly, I really have to emphasize the amount of support you get from her. She truly CARES about you as a mentor. Her feedback is extremely thorough and accurate. She does not gatekeep and will give you all the tools and tips to help you reach your goals. There were times where I would feel anxious about my results or feeling impatient because I would want to see results faster and she would be right by my side giving me advice (mind you our program was done at this point) just motivating me in general and encouraging me not to give up. Despite the fact that we are done working together, she continues to check up on me to this day. and give me advice or words of encouragement just out of the kindness of her own heart. For this reason I respect her so much as a mentor. She’s such a caring mentor and she’s extremely talented. To anyone stuck in their business, please reach out to Lia, you won’t regret it.
