Jose was very nice and showed me what the issue was on our microwave and explained that a part would need to be ordered. When he returned with the part he had it up and running quickly. Labor cost seems very high but I don’t really have anything to compare it to.

Jason D. Is always so efficient and fast. He laughed at me when I greeted him at the door with he’s probably going to thank I’m crazy. The refrigerator has two sliding trays and it would not close. Jason got right in there and made it look so easy. We actually talked about a future job of hooking up a natural gas grill on my patio. I would really like Jason to come back for that job too. I was recommended Longhorn from another person who used them. They were able to schedule me the same day I called and once the parts were delivered they got me in the next day for my dryer repair. Jose was very nice and worked quickly, he even found the “Penny’s” that have been rattling around in the machine forever. Joseph was very friendly and easy to work with. He answered all my questions about our ICE Maker and got the machine making ice at a lot quicker than before. I also discovered that my previous HVAC tech did not fully performed the regular maintenance as he did not clean the filter and coils in the back of the ICE Maker. A+ for Joseph!

Our technician, Jason was courteous and competent. He ordered a part that he thought would solve the problem of our dishwasher not starting, but when installed it didn’t. He determined that there was some intermittent short inside the door. When he put our old part back in—it started! We were only charged for labor and told we would probably need a new dishwasher if it happened again. He also said that Longhorn would help install it if that was the case. Gas oven went wonky as I was baking cinnamon rolls! Jose from Longhorn showed up next morning, and fixed the igniter, record breaking fast, price was very good- all in all I couldn't recommend them more! Perfect Result!

Joseph was really top notch. He was honest and thorough. He went above and beyond. He checked various components to make sure that the error message was accurate, and that we weren’t being sold a part that wasn’t going to really fix the problem. When a 3rd party supplier gave us an opened part (not new), he rejected it and got us a new part. When the compressor turned out to also be going out, he didn’t charge us extra. I wish all repairmen were like him.

It was so easy to go online and make an appointment even on a holiday weekend. Longhorn got right back to me and sent a technician the next day. Our technician, Fabian Zarate, was early and was very polite. After checking our dryer, he found that our heating element was bad and he could replace it immediately as he had the right element for our brand of dryer. He was here about 30 minutes. From the time he walked in til the time he left, he was clear about what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost. After he replaced the part, he showed me where it was broken on our old one. Fabian was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Longhorn again for my appliance repairs.

I messaged several appliance repair companies, but Longhorn was the only that responded. Yoba, my technician, showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The guy came out and he was really kind but the issue I had was that he said the fridge was okay, but he didn’t really run any other diagnostics than just listening to the compressor. He didn’t know English so it was hard to communicate about what was going on and for him to tell me what was going on. Honestly not worth the $153 for them to come out. The bottom freezer is still over freezing so my issue wasn’t fixed. They were able to come out the same day which was nice though. They just came 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I was not at home.

Yoba was friendly, polite and professional. He ran several test but when he looked for parts none were available. Unfortunately couldn’t repair appliance without parts.

Fabian was great. He was in and out in less than 30 mins and knew what he was doing. However, $229 for labor and $100 for the part was a little steep. If it would have taken a longer time I could maybe see the labor costing that much, but he was done very quickly. I will not go with this company again due to the high cost.

Replacement part ordered, arr 3 days, and igniting element was replaced & all works fine. Thank you, will recommend to friends. JTH

Yoba C came to our home to make a very costly repair. Not only was his nose to the grind every minute he was here, but his work ethic was excellent, and the amount of time he. was here was worth it. You should pay your employees every penny they deserve, and he is worth the full amount.

Technician was prompt, professional and diagnosed issue and resolved quickly. He also provided helpful info for ongoing maintenance. Would definitely use again as needed.

Worker arrived when expected. Figured out the issue as to why my dryer wasn’t working properly. Gave me an estimate on the repair and stated it could be done now and would only take an hour. The repair ended up taking less than the hour and after made multiple attempts to ensure that the repair not only worked, but would last. The entire process from first contacting Longhorn, and all the way through the repair was very pleasant. Repairman was very polite and professional the entire time, including the cleaning up the small mess that came out of the dryer while making the repair. Would totally recommend Longhorn to others and use them again myself for other needed repairs.

Although my dishwasher seems to have magically repaired itself (Ha!), Jose was courteous and careful to inspect the dishwasher. Hopefully, I won’t have a recurrence of the leaking! If I do, I’ll give another call to you!

Joseph repaired my GE Profile refrigerator water dispenser and was very diligent to be sure it was working perfectly before he left. He also reminded me of the 90 day Warranty on repairs which I appreciated. I will use Longhorn again! Thank you Joseph! Now I have fresh ~ filtered water again!

My Bosch double oven suddenly turned off and I needed someone to come look at it/fix it. After some extensive research, I found Longhorn. Easy scheduling, I was able to schedule someone to come out within a day and my tech, Yoba, was amazing. (Please give him a raise😎). Jason D. Is a top-notch tech and a real asset for LH Appliance. He was proficient in determining the problem with my wall oven, determined the part needed, told me he would order the part and be back the next week to install it.
