I will be honest I had to take a break from the course for personal reasons, then I did not pass the first time. So I started from the beginning. Listen I have been a LSS in another state and I did not learn 80% of what I have learned in this course and also understanding why I did not get business, not sure how to market and so much more. Mark Wills is probably one of the best trainers that genuinely want you to succeed with your business. i don't really see that these days but Mark has graciously provided so many videos for newer notary signing agents to learn from A-Z. All of my questions that i have had in the beginning of the course would always be answered in the modules. If you really want to learn about how to become a notary, i would 100% recommend Mark.

Best Course for Notary Signing Agent's out there. You will learn how to be the most efficient during the Loan Signing and how to get done with the appointment in less than 45 minutes to an hour. Highly recommend also getting his full $800 course package, if your wanting to have a successful part time and or full time career knowing how to market and sell yourself to your target audience/clientele. I'm embarrassed with how many times it took for me to pass the exam test but that was due to me not checking my email thoroughly for my test results.

I have gone through a loan origination class and passed my test, but if what I learned in this class would have been amazing in helping understand how what I was doing instead of learning the hard way! Hey, Loan Signing System training is a great way to build a business! I was already a notary so this training was perfect. You can go at your own pace while always listening to the presenter. The presenter actually "teaches to the exam" because a number of test questions were given out during training! Training is affordable, comprehensive and practical.

I just finished Mark Wills Loan Signing System Course (yes I payed for the full $497 package although you can do what I did and pay $88 a month for 6 months ) and IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! He gives you so much information on how to be a good signing agent, from giving you different examples of the loan documents you’ll see, providing actual scripts on what to tell a borrower. If you want to get that additional knowledge you know you need in order to become a great loan signing agent, Mark’s course is the way to go. I promise you won’t regret choosing him as your teacher.
