I found Maria during a time in my life when I felt called to honor myself. I knew Maria from the dance/fitness world and was inspired to see her evolve as a coach and guide. From our very first session, I felt seen and honored by Maria. Her lens as a coach is both diagnostic and spiritual; She is able to apply wisdom to assess what’s happening, but she also calls on deeper senses of knowing and empathy to help you grow in the direction you desire. Maria helped me re-shape my perspective in order to honor myself, and embody my creative and multi-passionate nature. The best thing about working with Maria is her wisdom and ability to connect — both through words and movement. During our work together, I had some major life ruptures happen. Through her skill as a coach and depth as a guide, Maria was able to support me effectively in achieving my embodiment goals while also being responsive to all the big stuff that life was showing me at the time. Looking back, I’m in awe and so grateful. Maria helps you unify everything: your desires, your breath/body, your past and your future. If you have a goal to work toward, and/or desire to honor and embody your truest self, I cannot recommend Maria’s coaching enough.

I went into the experience open to whatever it would offer me and I came away from it absolutely blown away by how profound the breakthroughs were. I want to do this work over and over again... Maria and I worked together through a 6 month 1:1 container. I immediately felt at ease with her which gave me the space to start exploring more of my authentic self. We set intentions for our 6 month journey and what evolved far surpassed the goals I had originally set. She helped me peel back layers, entertained my curiosity with excitement and held space for me through the more painful times that come with our journeys. I didn’t feel like there was any “fluff” during our sessions. They were potent and impactful, I often was left with answers to questions I didn’t know I had going into our sessions. Maria is a strong communicator, empathic and empowering. If you are looking to find more alignment in your life, you won’t be disappointed.
