Was there Saturday night lots of young people work there you need a few older guys around a guy came in and his membership expired and he couldn't get in WAS cussing and hollering at the young person behind the counter threatening to come back also kids running around stealing from customers while they jump little more security at the parties kids phone stolen while at the party but my family had a great time at the party for our 5 yr old someone in our crowd actually seen these young boys going threw people's stuff and running to the bathroom then back to put something back But you do need some kind of security for these people who come in screaming at the help they can't handle grown-up being ass holes

We went in September. We were told a one month membership was the best deal so I purchased that. I was not told it would be a recurring charge. Now 4 months later I see that they have been charging my credit card every month. $161 total when we live in Iowa. I am calling them tomorrow to try to get them to refund me so I hope I can update this review with good news.

have never seen a cleaner park then this one! Definitely will be back! This girl is putting in the work and I 100% recommend this place to any of my friends! I also received excellent customer service from the tall guy with dark hair! Claire is always great with the kids as well!

We had my sons tenth birthday party here and it was wonderful. The Defy team handles it all, I brought things I thought we may need but seriously the staff thinks of everything for a successful celebration. I didn't need to bring a single thing. Our party host Caleb was beyond accommodating to my son and his buddies. He was patient and kind. My son was a little bummed about the pink cups and Caleb immediately swapped them out for another color. Thank you for a wonderful tenth birthday for my boy. Thank you, Caleb.

My husband and me took 7 kids to defy gravity this past Saturday for my sons birthday. It wasn't a formal party we just went to jump for a few hours. The front desk staff was so kind and extremely helpful, they even gave my husband a coupon that helped us out. The staff members on the floor were very attentive to the kids, which I really appreciated since I was looking after seven kids ages 4-9! Also one of the kids I brought fell down and a worker (not sure his name but he has dreadlocks with blond ends) quickly came over and asked us if we needed some ice. We used the ice and all was well, our little one was back out jumping. He even checked back and took the ice bag when we were done. It was just a good experience with y'all this weekend and the kids had a blast. Thanks!

This rating and review is technically my son's. He enjoyed it. He went with 3 friends (aged 13 & 14) and they had a fun time. They like the parkour, basketball areas best. He said it was a little crowded and on weekend lots of kiddie birthdays but wants to go again. I checked in on the app but they didn't really honor the sock give a way which is fine- how bad could they be? $1 I don't know but would've been great if they honored that when he checked in. I as parents like that do off is capped age 13+ otherwise parents should go because little guys could get hurt. They have food and party rooms. Easy waiver process online too and I like that they can buy tickets in advance of jump times on the site.

This is a wonderful place to share some memories with your favorite kiddos! For a kiddo this would be the best place ever! As an adult I noticed some negligence in the cleaning (bathrooms, halls, cubbies) and the foam was old and flaking, I kept getting foam flakes in my eyes. We had a blast as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were excited to get out on a rainy day and luckily it wasn't very busy. The staff were very friendly and gave us information about a monthly pass! I would recommend trying this, kiddos will love it!

If you are ever like me and my nephew... Bored and in need of burning off some energy on a rainy day, then this place is for you, the staff here also exceeded my expectations, offering a discount card which helped save some money.

I have gone there almost my whole life and through all the renovations they still make it a fun and nice place to be. Especially Kyle, since the new slide got put in he helped a kid (Me) go down it and was shockingly nice and patient. All the workers there are nice but i thought since he helped that kid (Me, that he would deserve at LEAST a good review. I definitely recommend this company.

I took my niece and nephew here and they absolutely loved it! The staff is really friendly, they were incredibly helpful when i was filling out a Waiver they walked over and showed me exactly what i was signing. The people in the park were really welcoming and they made sure to give the little ones high fives when they tried doing cool tricks. The manager even came over and gave us some cold water bottles after seeing how sweaty we were

I always bring my little one here and it is always a blast! The staff is fun and they have the best grip sock designs of any other trampoline park ive been to... and ive been to a bunch of them! Really good place for a birthday party. Had my 4 year olds party here and it was awesome, they handle everything for you and the price cant be beat!

I haven't ever been to any other trampoline parks, but I imagine Defy Gravity would be hard to top. I took my kids several times last year and they had a blast every time. Our trips on weekdays were a little better, because we were able to avoid the crowds... but even on the weekends everyone had a good time.

Before you go: Know that you are charged by the hour or half-hour. For example, if you arrive at the quarter hour, you get to play 45 minutes, and not the whole hour. Further, you must purchase socks for $3 s person; you cannot wear your own. While our children enjoyed it, next time we'll take them downtown, let them race each other on the Riverwalk, buy them a souvenir and ice cream, and come out ahead of the game.

Spent 2 hours here with daughters and their friends. Great time for the entire family. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a fun time with my four year old. It wasn't busy at all which probably improved our experience. I was concerned about the cleanliness. I would have felt better seeing the many workers more engaged in sanitation and disinfectant

Amazing, well supervised, smells amazing, great friendly staff. The front desk ladies could use some more manners but overall everyone for the most part is professional. Great place and a favorite visit.

Ive been coming here fairly regularly the last year and i love it! The staff is super friendly and they just lowered the best party package in town to only $199 so ill definitely be bringing my niece and nephew here for their birthdays!

I have been to several other trampoline parks in Southern California, so I using those experiences I am able to critique this business more carefully. First & foremost this trampoline park is exceptionally cleaner than other trampoline parks I have visited. Secondly the process in which you are able to jump is streamlined at defy gravity much more efficiently than other trampoline parks I have visited. The price May seem a bit high but in my experience you get much more quality for your dollar at Defy gravity not to mention they offer college discount, Family discounts as well as military discount. Every time we come to Wilmington we always visit defy gravity and we are always 100% satisfied.

Defy Gravity is such a cool spot!! The staff always has a friendly face and the atmosphere they have created is fun for all ages!! I take my two boys there often and they can never wait to get back! We are team DEFY and are thankful for them being who they are!!!

Super fun!! You will feel like an American ninja warrior! 30mins is enough time, and for your hardcore jumpers get an hour and challenge yourself!!! You will be sweating a lot and have tons of fun! Bring your kids! They will leave happy and tired.

Spent an hour here today for my son's birthday. All five of us had a great time. We were here for an hour and that was plenty of time. The staff does a great job ensuring it doesn't get over crowded. With the addition of the ninja course, it adds to the experience. We all had a great time. We will go again.

I really enjoyed Defy Gravity. It's great fun for all family and friends. They also put in a new ninja obstacle course. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Also if you want to have a birthday party or event they have rooms you can rent out.

Fun place! Just visiting this area but needed something to do during a thunderstorm. I have been to other trampoline parks so the layout of this one is a little small but my son and boyfriend were happy and they had an obstacle course I enjoyed. They give you an option to go barefoot or buy grip socks there which is nice because a lot of places make you buy their socks then bring again to reuse at another visit. It's 20$ an hour per person for anyone over age 6. My only complaint is there were sooo many kids in there it almost seemed dangerous but it was a Sunday and there was a birthday party going on.

Fantastic place for the boys, they jumped around to their hearts content! Extremely clean, staff is very professional and pay attention to their surroundings. If you want your kids to sleep well at night this is the place to bring them to. Will definitely go back.

We attended Defy Gravity for my nephew's birthday party and we had a blast! This is such a great way to get out of the house and have some fun, especially on these cold days!

The parking situation is horrible. Not much room to park had to wait 15 min for a spot. The older kids all age 8-12 had a blast. The place is very clean but the employees need to do more for crowd control they also need a area for the smaller kids like the place in Raleigh.

Online tix did not give a choice for lesser fees for younger children, so when I checked in they refused to refund the difference, saying they had nothing to do with the website. They basically stole my money. And you cannot wear regular socks, have to wear gripper socks or barefoot and that's not clear on the website either. Very unsanitary. No place to park -- staff very young and unprofessional

Had our daughter’s 7th birthday party there. She and her friends had a blast!! Thank you Brianna for being an amazing hostess. We can’t wait to return.

Variety of spaces/obstacles for all ages and adventure levels. Though a large place, they don't overcrowd like many other trampoline parks, which is great for the kids. They offer an array of snacks and drinks as well. Highly recommend!

Our first visit was for my children's classmate's birthday. Such a fun environment. Plenty of seating areas for those "non-jumpers". Love the balcony view. Be prepared, the snacks are a little pricey- it was $8 for a small bag of Cheese-Its and a bottle of Pepsi. Would visit again.

I took my two kiddos this morning (10 and 8) with their friends, 6 kids total, they all had such a great time! The manager (man with a collard shirt so I'm assuming that) and other staff went above and beyond to make sure they all had fun! The place was clean and it wasn't crowded at all! We will all be back for sure! THANKS AGAIN

We loved the new renovations from defy to sky zone. So much to do, more activities than flip and fly. To use the zip line you have to jump out about 3 feet to grab the handle bars. My kids were unable to try. (I'm 5'2 and was unable to reach them.) The slide was a favorite feature and the basketball hoops. My kids chose to build blocks the majority of the time and found some kind children to play with. The staff was awesome friendly and polite, very informative and patient. Spent $21 per kid for 90 minute time slot, plus the cost of socks.
