Thanks to Marion and her expertise, my first experience with career coaching was a huge success! At the beginning, Marion was very attentive and empathetic to learn about my career aspirations. Secondly, Marion facilitated and reviewed a wide variety of tools to help me develop my future aspirations. Finally, Marion was able to combine all of the tools, discussions and ideas into a very comprehensive action plan that would help me achieve my career goals and aspirations. Throughout the entire experience, Marion was always willing to reach out to her network and put me in front of people who she believed could help me in my journey. I am happy to say that after one year, I am about to start new career that is completely aligned with outcomes from our coaching. Marion is a warm, humble and very intelligent person, with exceptional emotional IQ and integrity. I could not have gone through this journey without her.

I met Marion at a life stage where I was looking to get back into workforce after a really long career break. I decided to go with MDM Career Solutions straightaway after my first meeting with Marion. Marion's personality as a career coach resonated a lot with me because of her calm, empathetic and kind attitude towards others. Marion's coaching helped me a lot in removing doubts about working after a real long career gap, and it instilled confidence in me. I had no direction to start with, but with each meeting, my priorities and goals were getting identified more sharply and clearly. The exercises I did during and after the brainstorming sessions helped me to: 1) Identify my strengths that I acquired during my previous work experiences, and strengths I would be relying upon moving forward. 2) Have a clear understanding of my goals and my priorities. The meetings helped me to identify which areas I would be happier working in if I didn't want to follow my previous career path. The best thing about this experience for me is that I have gained momentum and have enrolled into specific courses that will help me advance into the new career path I have chosen for myself. Although I did get a job offer recently, but I did not take it up as it did not align with my priorities and job satisfiers :) I am very happy that I made the right choice to go with MDM Career Solutions to help me navigate through a career change.

After a solid six-year break, which included time off for maternity, I was really looking forward to getting back into the workforce. I was considering either starting a new career in human resources or sticking with the same field I had been in for 15 years. My goal was to explore this new path and see if it matched my true career goals. Thanks to Marion, I realized that I'm really into human resources, especially talent management, as a possible new career direction. What's equally important is that I figured out how to balance work and life in a way that suits me best. This change in mindset not only let me put more emphasis on my creativity but also gave me the chance to chase after and build the dream career I've always wanted. It's important to remember that this experience helped me develop skills I wasn't previously aware of or felt hesitant to share, and most importantly, it boosted my confidence in dealing with work-related matters. Last but definitely not the least, I want to extend my gratitude to Marion for all the valuable foundations she provided during our coaching sessions. Thanks to her guidance, I took a talent management course and enrolled in the CIPD5 program, which I'm close to completing. Just three months after our coaching sessions, I launched my very own company, which happens to be the first dancewear clothing brand in the Middle East. Although I did receive a job offer in human resources that matched my preferences, I had to decline it. This decision was based on my newly established personal values, my commitment to developing my own company, advancing in my CIPD5 studies, and creating the best possible human resources culture for my business.
