It has been a great experience to work with Megan. She is very professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Additionally, she shows a lot enthusiasm and is well prepared before our coaching sessions. She has kept me accountable by consistently checking in with me. All the work we have done together, have helped me identify what are my core values and my non-negotiables to assess if my current job search or career aligns with these. Overall, it has been great working with her. Lastly, I would definitely recommend taking her "Finding your Why" and "Effective communication" workbooks.

I recently completed Megan’s Pathways to Career Success Program and it was truly eye-opening. Megan approaches career coaching in a wholistic way. She coached me through various areas of my life because she understands that personal and professional impact one another. This really made me appreciate her coaching style because it’s true! After completing her program, I am so much more confident in moving forward in my career journey. The “Finding Your Why” workbook was challenging but working through it with Megan gave me so much clarity on what I want in my career and even more importantly, what I don’t want.
