Wall of love for MetaSurvey

The most elegant UI/UX survey platform. There is still a lot to be done on it, based on what I learned while chatting with their support online, but right now, it can help to build straightforward elegant surveys that users will love to reply. The Support is Quick and very helpful.

The survey set-up is intuitive, seamless and fun to go through...not tedious like the traditional ones. The end product is a survey which actually you enjoy completing! Lot of thought and effort have clearly gone into designing the user experience of this tool, and from my research, there is no other survey tool out there in the market which is as swipin' attractive as this one. Additionally, the CEO Kirrill is quite approachable, efficient and in my experience, reliable. All in all, a brilliant package on offer, which can only get better over the next year 😀

Have tried multiple surveys and this is by far the freshest in terms of look and feel. I love using this for quick surveys or feeling to get insights from clients. What would be great: Having webhooks in there to connect the data to third party sources (via Pabbly).

Just picked this up as I liked the look of swipe surveys, and I think I'll be doing a lot with it! It's very easy to set up, and intuitive to use (I never read instructions ;) )Will be recommending it to my customers as well as it's something they'll need and love to use

This is easily the best survey tool. Great UI (they are improving it even further soon, I have seen the new dashboard coming and it looks amazing), great support team (there is ALWAYS someone active, even late at night or early in the morning, I get replies instantly and they answer all my questions and like hearing feedback), very easy for people to use the surveys and make them, and the insights are good too. Anyone who owns an ecommerce store or anything else that feedback would be useful for will regret not getting this hard to find tool.

I came to AppSumo yesterday looking for survey software. I read reviews, visited company websites, etc. I was leaning toward MetaSurvey for different reasons. I've purchased tons of software on AppSumo and this is the first review I have written. When Kirill popped up on his company's chat, and spent over 20 minutes personally answering questions and sharing his roadmap, it was a done deal. I came back here and purchased. Within 2 hours I had a 13-question survey set up. It was very easy to use. There are a few things I look forward to that are on his roadmap (everything I asked about like "open question" or email box are next on his list.) He personally shared screenshots of a detailed roadmap and even software screenshots. His enthusiasm for what he has created, and his willingness to let me interrupt him while he answers questions, makes me have no doubt everything on his roadmap will all come-to-be soon. He even took a moment to personally visit my website to see what kind of business was using his survey. Does it have every bell and whistle yet? No. This company has not been around 5 years yet. But for my business needs - a fun, interactive, easy to use surveys... it's perfect! I am sending out the link to 16K people this morning and am excited to see what kind of feedback I receive.

I have several tools for creating surveys. But none of them can compete with Metasurvey in the beauty and purity of the user interface, the elegant simplicity...In fact, it's like some kind of magic. Once you try Metasurvey, you won't be able to stop creating surveys and sending them out... sending them out... :) Get at least one code while they're here, or you'll regret the missed opportunity later. Support deserves an extra five tacos! I wish the Metasurvey team every success!

The fact only that the UX/UI on the front & backend is so polish deserve 5 tacos already... Add to that:- it works flawlessly- Kirill and his cofounder have been working on MetaSurvey for 2 years already- They listen and engage with their customers- They ship new updates regularly- Next update will be input field/data entries, which will send MetaSurvey to the next level and make it a perfect replacement for typeform and other form builders- I asked for embed on websites somes weeks ago and it's already implemented 🤯 👉 To summarize, this is gonna be an high quality tool that you'll regret to have overlooked, so do like me: Stop looking for a form builder and a survey builder and just onbard with MetaSurveyIf anything valuable is missing, they'll add it anyway. That's a pleasure to work with high quality tool and team.Very happy that I can finally stop searching for my form & survey tool, can't wait to see what MetaSurvey'll look like in a year or two!
