During my junior year of college I reached out to Diego after attending an info session he presented at. Completely unaware of what tech recruitment entailed, I messaged him on Linkedin requesting a resume review. Not only did Diego take the time to give me detailed feedback on my resume, but he also gave me numerous tips on how to fix it, and reviewed it a second time! Incorporating his tips and watching his Youtube videos before my interviews really guided me through the recruitment process and helped me land a TPM role at Meta!

With 2 hrs to go to my final interview prompt presentation, I had my pitch ready, but felt it was not quite coming together like it should. I booked a 60 minute session with Diego - it was the best thing I did. Within the first 10 minutes, Diego quickly digested the prompt, my presentation, data assumptions and workings, priorities, proposed solution and roadmap. He zeroed in on the gaps in my presentation, and where some of my estimates were off...precisely! After making those changes, I nailed the presentation - the hiring manager actually said "you should be proud of your presentation. that's the best and most complete response we have heard". Thanks, Diego - you are the best!

Your unique structure of answering product design question following the methodology of clarifying the question, identifying the goal, answering the "why now", identifying the potential customers and users, identifying the users pain points, and taking time to brainstorm the solutions that will solve the pain points while tight the solutions back to the goals.
