Best Tool for working with OKRs - clean, simple, intuitive

Mooncamp is super easy to use. The interface is reminiscent of Notion, which makes it very intuitive. The tool is clearly laid out, so you can see your own OKRs as well as those of the whole team. No frills, super clean, it's extremely fun to work with. The team is always super accessible and very helpful.

Great tool for OKR implementation!

Mooncamp is very descriptive, easy to use and self-explanatory. The login works without any problems via Outlook. We especially like the planning feature, with which you always have the next cycle in view. With the performance feature you can track the success of your department from the objective to the key result.

Awesome OKR Tool

I especially like the high flexibility of mooncamp. You can define so many types of goals (Objectives, Moals, Key Results or anything else you like.) There's also the option to create own types of fields so you can add anything you need for your OKR. The new Planning feature, which is currently in beta is also helpful and works already quite well.

What I like most about Mooncamp is that it looks so clean but at the same time has a a lot of features under the hood. I especially like the property system which allows you to customize the whole app to your needs and even adjust the names to your company lingo (e.g. "goals" instead of objectives).

The UI of Mooncamp is super intuitive and once you play around with it a bit, you can get your whole organization up and running with it quickly. Out of all the tools we compared, Mooncamp also had the highest customizability which was very important to us as we have a lot of company-specific terms for certain OKR events and also adapted the OKR framework to better fit our culture. Everything in Mooncamp feels just "right". We love that you can attach files and images to every goal update, check-in or comment. Or that you can modify the OKR list with powerful filters and save tailored views to your bookmarks. Or that you can create your own properties that are displayed on your OKRs (like a "Lookup property" that automatically fills in the respective team lead depending on the OKR owner). Crazy!

You can customize Mooncamp to your needs. This is something no other tool could do for us and we are incredibly happy that we found Mooncamp now (even over G2!). Also, Mooncamp is really fun to work with and everything feels really smooth and not mindlessly glued together like our other workflow tools (Slack being the exception).

Wir haben nun eine Software gefunden, die wir optimal an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen konnten. Damit haben wir für die interne Kommunikation eine ganz andere Bühne und haben nun perfekte Bedingungen OKR-Sets transparent zu machen. The most well-rounded product we found for it's purpose.

The application is really easy to use, intuitive and has powerful search capability. Really like how simple the dashboard is and the overall design of the application is really appealing to the eye. The integration for Microsoft Teams is perfect... it allows our team to check their OKRs without leaving the Teams app, unlike a lot of other services that offer integrations that are much more limited.

I love the way everything just "clicks", from creating OKRs, aligning them under our strategy pillars, monitoring progress during the OKR cycle, checking in with my remote teams, and so on. Also the tool is learned in literally 5 minutes. The only thing that needs a bit more to understand is the property system with which you can customize the platform to your needs.

Within Mooncamp you can customize almost anything. At the same time it has a very elegant and minimalist UI that is easy to learn. One thing that really convinced me is the development speed of their engineering team. Almost every week there are new features or improvements to the app which makes me feel confident that we went with the right vendor.

Super intuitive and easy start. The structure is very clear, which makes it super smooth to navigate your OKR structure and add new elements. The minimalistic UI supports that. You can start right away without being an OKR expert. That's not to say that the tool's functionality is limited in any way, thanks to the extensive possibilities for customizing it if you need to. Especially in comparison to other tools, I liked the different ways to configure how progress is measured (Any units you like, easy aggregation of sub-items in the tree, etc.)

I like the flexibility in Mooncamp, which lets me change the entire language of our OKR system to adapt to our corporate identity. Also, it allows me quickly move OKRs between different cycles, which comes in very handy at the end of the quarter. The MS Teams integration helped a lot to gain acceptance within the whole company.

The ease of setting up goals, creating sub-goals and initiatives, assigning owners and collaboratively working towards the result is just excellent. We first used Mooncamp only in one team and then expanded the usage to the whole company, this process was really smooth. We simply added another layer within the team hierarchy and then rolled out Mooncamp from department to department. We do not have a fixed hierarchy and oftentimes work with dynamic project teams. With most tools that I have seen, this is quite difficult to implement. Due to the flexible alignment options in Mooncamp, we finally found a tool that supports this. What I really like is the vast flexibility of the tool in general as well as the MS Teams integration that I have not yet seen to this extent in any other OKR tool I tested in my research. You can actually edit OKRs within teams, which is automatically updated within Mooncamp. Given the great functionality the tool still looks quite light-weight and clean, which is a very user-friendly combination. I did not really need any guidance from customer success, however, the one question I had was answered within an hour, which was great. Also feature updates and bug fixes are released in no time.

Really great tool for managing OKRs

We started using mooncamp as a replacement for our google sheets based OKR workflow. Mooncamp helps to have a clearer picture about the current state of the OKRs than we previously had in google sheets. We also started using Mooncamps Checkin feature to get everyone to update the OKRs. We also tried out the Checkin feature for our weekly get-everybody-in-sync jour fixe. The result was that it made our jour fixe a lot shorter, as everyone was already prepared. I had one contact with the support regarding the checkin. At the same time it has elements from Asana and notion - but with a clear focus on the topic of OKR.
