So happy I moved to North One.  I’ve been looking to make the switch to a digital bank for a while. I reached out to ask how I can send a same day ACH and she was able to help me and show me a cool feature that North One has to automatically send an email to the receiver. Wow, who knew customer support could be so cool at a bank?! I needed help with my account and used the chat feature in the app. I expected to have to wait but was surprised to see Dene reply right away. She was friendly and informed, but also just a lot of fun. I’ve never used chat to get a problem solved at my bank but she made me feel like I was important. Thanks North One!
