Wall of love for NPE Event Review

My biggest takeaway is how well Sean and NPE made building a seven-figure business simple and organized. It is way too easy to get caught in the weeds with growing a fitness business. I appreciate how the workshop provided simple step-by-step information, tools, and guidance on how to make a successful business a real reality by focusing on the most important things.

I absolutely loved the Best Year Ever Blueprint for week 2 !!! I am just starting and I am already thinking of how overwhelmed I DON’T want to be. The thought of a team was such a far away notion because I wanted to ideally have steady income before even thinking of hiring someone and having to pay them. Thankfully I’ve been blessed with a supportive husband (just married in May!) and he just told me a couple weeks ago that he wants to help me so I’m not spread thin! He also tells me often that I am going to grow to have such a large business that I NEED to think as though I’m going to need a team. I told him we have to figure out what his role and responsibilities would be, and tonight’s session really helped us strategize how he would best fit my businesses in the fitness realm! He heard everything, but when Sean said “EA” my husband said “Executive Assistant, that’s what I want to be for you!” So now we have a BIUEPRINT to be a team and make my businesses a success! Ultimately, this helped both of us because he’s starting his own businesses in a different industry and I want to be his EA when I’m not the CEO and Founder of my own! So now we have insight as to how our organizations should be mapped out even when we hire others outside of each other! Thank you so much Sean!

Top takeaways from todays session: 1. Review team design and structure of roles. 2. Always be hiring, keep it "on-going" you never know when you will find your unicorn. 3. Focus on current team development steps 7-8-9. These steps will help improve our business because right now we have too many roles and responsibilities. It's unclear what our main tasks should be and we can't specialize on them. I feel after starting here, our team will be more dedicated, less stressed, and eager to grow. I highly recommend attending a lesson with NPE. It's a great way to light the spark and get excited again about your business and future growth. Stop going through the motions and LEARN something new.

Sean and his staff at NPE are the best at helping fitness business owners (and staff) find clarity on where your business needs the most help and giving the right tools and insight to fix problems and move forward. My number one take away is that I finally have a template to do the planning that must be done each year so that I can really steer my business where I want it to go. After attending this event, and completing the planning process, it gives me more confidence to know that I am spending my time on the right things that are going to make the biggest difference in growing our businesses. If you're thinking about attending an NPE event, I highly recommend it. This is specialized business school for fitness businesses. This is getting the right information from proven systems and people that have been in business and helping thousands of other fitness businesses succeed by helping them learn the skills they need to not only grow their business but to thrive personally. None of us go into business thinking it's going to be great to work long hours for little pay. That is not the dream. And if that's your experience, then you need NPE to help direct and guide you where you need to be so that your business has a clear path to success. It doesn't happen overnight, you have to practice and have faith, but they've helped thousands of others succeed and they can help you too.

I always leave NPE events supercharged to continue growing my business, my team and myself. My biggest takeaway from the 2023 Best Year Ever event is to think bigger and get out of my own way. I need to continue to think more like a business owner and less like a trainer. Making sure that I have the right perspective surrounding the problem. Areas in my business is going to help me succeed going into 2023 and I’m really excited about that. I’m confident that after implementing and executing on all of the areas I learned about in my assessments that I have $1 million business. If someone asked me about whether they should attend an NP event my answer to them would be why haven’t you already signed up? It’s not a question of whether you should go but rather when you plan to sign up to start scene, success? I feel that it’s important to share this because I know what it is to struggle in the fitness industry and work for a place that doesn’t appreciate you. And with the help of NPE I’ve been able to start building the business that I want to be in, and the life I wanna live and it’s amazing!

NPE has helped me grow my business by leaps and bounds in the last 12 months. Looking forward to continuing to grow using their proven system in 2023.

NPE always helps me take a step back and look at the LONG TERM, which is really hard as a business owner when you're caught up in the day to day. This 3 day planning event was no exception - helped me to take a step back and really lean into what is actually going to move the needle for my business in the next 90 days and for the 2023 year!

After 3 years of sleepwalking due to the death of my mother, my brother (and our dog), and a covid shutdown, I was almost ready to walk away from my business. Attending this even has made me feel like I am awake again and I want to reengage in my business! My business has been very stagnant and barely coasting. Sean's event has renewed my motivation and passion to dig in and get my business back on track and regaining the upward trend that was in place prior to life events. As a former NPE Accelerator Program participant and having attended several in-person annual events, I can say with certainty that anyone who is considering joining NPE will find that the programs and content to be invaluable to any busines owner!! I would never have gotten to where I am without NPE!

Wow - just finished NPE Best Year training and feeling super pumped for 2023. NPE just keeps getting better and better with their systems, tools and support. What an epic 3 days of training. My biggest takeaway from the training is that I have a clear plan of items I need to action and a strategy to get it done. I actually can't wait to get started and implement all this knowledge to make 2023 my best year ever by a country mile. Sean and the whole NPE team, you guys n gals totally rock!! If you're not sure that NPE is for you just ask yourself do I want a thriving fitness business and if the answer is yes, just do it, you can't afford not to.

My number one take away from this event is the assessments of where my business actually is in terms of team building. Like the  90-Day Team Plan Tool and the Business Assessment I also see a lot more possibilities in team building that I didn’t see before. Prior to this I was very cautious about building a team. I feel more inspired to do so in the future. But I also see why it didn’t work in the past, the mistakes I made, and more effective ways to move forward to create a structure that lasts. What I would say to someone who is thinking of attending an NPE event is that its definitely worth it. I first found out about NPE about a year ago, when I took my NASM course. After I did the first game plan call, I got 1 client just from that. So far everything that NPE coached me on has made my business better, it has helped me to help more people in more ways, and produced more revenue. It’s a worthy investment.

Thank you for the three day course, it has really helped me focus on what I need to direct my time on in order to grow my gyms post-Covid. As an owner who’s wearing too many hats, your direct systems on team planning to allow me to have the time to grow my staff to become more profitable is 100% my focus right now. As a busy mom of 2 littles I need to be better about what I am spending my time on to be effective. Once I start delegating my systems to staff, I will be able to work on new systems of client success and retain more (which means more money!) I 110% recommend attending this event, just make sure you are not distracted (no folding towels!) and taking notes :)

I love learning from Sean and watching his webinars. They're always so insightful and inspirational! My biggest takeaway from the 2023 Best Year Ever event is to Think Growth, and take the steps necessary to achieve growth, and don't be hobbled by a "scarcity" mindset.

#1 Take-away of the event is to have a clear understanding of who you are, why you're doing what you're doing, and how you want to show up for your clients and how you do business. From there you can create the systems on what you will be doing to execute your vision and goals. That has been the major obstacle of my business, getting a clear understanding and picture of what I want. And the reason that was the case is because I unconsciously have been steered away from what my core values and mission were when I started my position. So getting clearer on those items will provide the compass to get my business to where I want it to be. I believe my business by the end of 2023 will have doubled in revenue and that's a conservative outlook. More importantly, I believe I will be on the road to feel like I actually have a legitimate business rather than just a side hustle. A business that has systems, SOPs, goals, etc. I would tell anyone that if you've made the decision to create a legitimate business that provides you the life you desire that it's a no-brainer to attend and invest in NPE coaching. They are the proverbial cheat code to achieving your business goals.

NPE’s Best Year Ever event was insightful to say the least! Main piece of information that will change the way I manage forever is their steps for creating and building a team! My studio, Team, and members will have a much more stable and sure foundation to rely on with our without me as a manager in the studio 24/7! ATTEND NPE’S NEXT EVENT!
