Wall of love for Paloma's AI Academy

Dorota has held four GenAI workshops with us at IT Sonix: Prompting, First Use Cases, Custom Assistants and Workflows. Her energy and passion for the topic is contagious, which was evident during the workshops. What I like best is her practical approach, which actively involves the audience and eliminates the initial fear of trying something new.

My ‘aha’ moment was learning how to use AI to map out product specs and even user stories. I suddenly had more time for strategy instead of writing tickets. I probably save 6 hours per week, just from speeding up internal comms, planning, and workshop prep. Course is a real, role-relevant, and built for people who have a job to do. My favorite part — sharing all ai-workflows and agents with a team — to speed up the processes x100. Highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to participate in the testing phase of Paloma’s AI Academy, and I was thoroughly impressed. The course is thoughtfully structured, providing clear guidance through essential AI tools without unnecessary complexity. What sets it apart is how practical and immediately useful the content is — every lesson is designed with real-world application in mind. Dorota’s teaching style is exceptional. She explains concepts with clarity and precision, making it easy to grasp even for those without a technical background. Her ability to break down complex ideas into actionable steps truly elevates the learning experience. If you're looking to confidently integrate AI into your workflow without getting lost in tech jargon, this is the course to take.

I used to think AI would dilute my creativity — or worse, replace it. But during one of the early lessons in the Academy, I had this moment where everything clicked: I wasn’t handing over my voice to AI. I was using it to amplify what I was already good at. Now I use AI to brainstorm angles, outline articles, and even write solid first drafts — and I’m still in control of the tone and message. That shift alone saves me six to eight hours a week. I finally have time to focus on refining my ideas instead of burning out over the blank page. What I keep coming back to are the prompt templates — they’re not generic. They’re crafted for how we actually write, and I’ve adapted them into my own systems. Honestly, I didn’t expect learning AI to feel this energizing. It’s not just practical. It’s fun. If you’re a writer who’s skeptical or overwhelmed, Dorota will change the way you think — and work.

Before the Academy, I thought AI was something for tech teams or marketers — definitely not for someone managing cargo routes and shipping schedules. But then I saw how AI could write better shipping emails than I ever could, in seconds. That was the moment I got hooked. Since then, I’ve been using AI to draft internal reports, translate documentation, and even summarize customer inquiries. I save about 3-5 hours every week now — and I feel a lot less mentally drained at the end of the day. The workshops were a turning point for me. Seeing how people in other industries used the tools made me realize how flexible AI can be. It’s not about learning another system — it’s about solving problems faster. For anyone outside of tech who thinks AI isn’t relevant to their work: trust me, you wrong :))

I’m thrilled to have participated in the first kick-off and to witness the project's rapid growth! Paloma’s AI Academy was a game-changer for me, equipping me with practical skills that enhanced my role as an Agile Coach. The variety of topics, combined with the fun and enthusiasm that Dorota brings, creates a fantastic learning environment where experimentation is encouraged. The flexible learning, engaging materials, and fun quizzes made the entire experience enjoyable.

Paloma’s AI Academy was a game-changer for me. I gained practical skills like prompt writing, building custom GPTs, and understanding both the foundations and pitfalls of AI—including data security. What I appreciated most was the flexibility of learning at my own pace, combined with the strong support from Dorota and the community through weekly sessions that sparked creativity and real discussion. I could immediately apply what I learned in my role as a Scrum Master, especially when preparing workshops—saving time and boosting confidence. The materials are engaging and well-structured, and Dorota’s passion and deep knowledge make you feel like you’re truly in expert hands.

Even though I use AI tools like ChatGPT in my daily life for work and personal tasks, Paloma’s AI Academy helped me unlock their full potential. My biggest "aha moment" was during the session on powerful prompting. I realized I could get better results by crafting prompts with better structure. Since then, I’ve saved hours each week by getting accurate answers on the first try. If you think you already know AI, this Academy will still surprise you, it’s a shortcut to becoming truly efficient with these tools.
