Huge shoutout to Quotebeam for quickly springing into action to help me stay on schedule after their supplier majorly dropped the ball.
The PLC I ordered shipped to them late so they expedited shipping to me to make up for it.
It got here a few days later than originally expected, but I could still stay on schedule.
Then I got it yesterday and it was the wrong model!
I was getting very concerned about being able to meet delivery time to the customer but they quickly tracked down the right one and got it to me the next day, today.
Anytime I needed someone to discuss this matter with, I had a real person via the chat. Not a bot, not someone who doesn't really care to help. They even called me to discuss options.
For those wanting to order automation equipment and want good service, I highly recommend them. That's how you take care of your customers!
Now let's get to programming this thing.

I had a mixup from another vendor that shipped me completely wrong parts and was unwilling to send the correct parts until I return their wrong items and they process a credit. I had already waited months for these parts and production needed to start immediately. I had ordered a few times from Quotebem in the past and they were very helpful to work with, but wasn't sure in this instance since some of the components I needed were not even on their website. As soon as I contacted them and told them my problem Nikki added all the parts to their platform and allowed me to order the new parts the same day for next day delivery and I got net30 terms so I could wait to pay until I sorted out the mess with the other vendor. Highly recommend these folks both for the things they have listed in stock and if you need help they will go to bat for you for your whole BOM.

I worked with a local fabricator that I've known for many years and has an eye and mind for these things. He makes them and I make them work! Love this custom work! I'll post a video of this operating in the comments below. I want to send a thanks the Josh Varghese and Nikki Gonzales of Quotebeam for getting me the ODOT I/O rack for this unit. It works great, shipped quick and will make installation a breeze at the plant.
