Really enjoyed our May 16th session! The conversation around building inclusive environments to drive motivation hit home for me, especially the focus on psychological safety—reflects the evolved understanding we need in today's workplace. I had a great time connecting with fellow HR leaders who brought such open minds to the discussion—these conversations were both energizing and valuable. The practical examples shared were spot-on, and I'm already looking forward to continuing these discussions in upcoming R.E.D. Forums. Thanks Marion for bringing together such a thoughtful community and help us all level up our approach to motivation!

Thanks for inviting me for the fantastic event organized by RED.
Here are my feedback:
What is really good:
1. The topic is interested.
2. The organization and the logistics.
3. The audience level and background.
What can be further improved in my point of view:
1. If the interviewees can be from the different background. To be more detailed, both are from health and medical related industries which are very specific.
2. If timing can be extended. The time for Q&A and discussion is limited so we could not hear different opinions.
Thank you very much.

R.E.D was very helpful in discussing HR issues from a fresh perspective and connecting with professionals from a range of industries.
I especially enjoyed the structured approach, and the possibility of discussing in small groups, as well as the opportunity to meet all other HR leaders.

I had a great experience at today’s R.E.D. event !!!
The panel featured two professional speakers from multinational companies who shared power insights on how they motivate employees while facing challenges in today’s evolving workplace.
The panel – accompanied by a Q&A moment and interactive workshop – was especially valuable. We exchanged real challenges in small groups, discussed potential solutions, and learned from each other’s experiences.
R.E.D. was not just informative but also a great networking opportunity. I walked away with new perspectives, practical ideas, and meaningful connections across different industries.
A special thanks to Marion Campan – the organizer – her teams, and all the participants for such engaging and inspiring event.
