I am very pleased with the pre-real estate course I took! I learned so much in such a short amount of time. Professor CC is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. Gaspere was an outstanding broker instructor. His knowledge and experience were evident in every class, and he explained even the most challenging concepts in a way that was easy to understand. Despite the fast-paced nature of the course, he kept the class engaging and fun, which helped ease the stress and tension that naturally comes with preparing for the broker exam. I used the school all the time for my CE in Real Estate and last year I started the CGC class online, all the instructors are great and so helpful. I used mostly the on demand videos. Passed my Business and Finance at the first run, the other 2 tests I failed in june, and took them again this month, successfully, had to add 3 month of add. time, because my course expired after one Year in July. She did my fingerprinting but during the process, she answered all my questions and provided me with useful Information about my course and how to take advantage of all the offerings in my package. I highly recommend Gold Coast, and instructor LaKendra Eubanks! I took the one-week Real Estate 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course in late June 2026 at the Boca Raton location. LaKendra was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and an exceptional teacher. But not just a teacher, a very successful real estate broker, associate, and investor. She is HIGH energy and super positive. She tells fun stories, walks around, and makes the learning fun! Trust me, you will not fall asleep in her class. You will learn the material, and you will laugh a lot. She is also laser focused on her teaching style and technique with one primary objective...pass the exam! Her entire instruction approach is founded on that principle. In addition, the other staff members were very nice and helpful, and the classroom was comfortable with direct access to a break area, vending machines and restrooms. A very professional learning environment. I understand why LaKendra and Gold Coast are ranked number one!

Gaspare was very thorough in explaining the content for my class at Gold Coast. I don’t even know the ABC’s of real estate and I took the 7 day class. I did not feel overwhelmed because my teacher Gaspare truly helped me understand concepts that I have never heard of. He makes the class fun and engaging. Couldn’t dream of a better learning experience, I took the 7-day real estate license course and learnt ALOT. Grandy is the best and the women at the reception are amazing too, I had a few problems with my admission file but they handled it perfectly and were more than helpful especially Ashley and Rachel.

Decided to switch carrers and get my Real Estate license. Decided to go with Gold Coast since it is the biggest real estate shcool in South Florida. Im doing the 1 week course that the have as an option. The shcool is phenomenal, theres a lot of things to learn and absorb. Lucky for me Gaspare is my instructor and he is a phenomenal teacher. Very knowledgeable and informative. He makes the class very enjoyable and is fun to have him as a teacher. Definitely recommend Gold Coast and Gaspare as an instructor!!
