ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY! She was the best instructor I think I ever had in my entire life. She is funny, kind, caring and extremely intelligent. I have done online real estate school and was not able to get the in person help that I need. With Gold Coast School I had continuous homework assignments, tests, flashcards, PowerPoints and much more. She and the school will give you all the tools you need to study. Rocky makes learning fun with the numerous short stories she tells with her many years in real estate. If I could give her a 20 star review I would. Her class exceeded all expectations. With all that being said I passed my state exam Yesterday. Go to her class and this school, it is worth every penny.

Had an excellent experience with the school. I had enrolled for the pre license sales associate course in real estate and my teacher Rocky was excellent. She took the time out to explain every concept, answer every question and follow up concepts with real life stories that made it easier to understand them. If you do the homework, pay attention in class and do online chapter reviews, you will definitely pass the exam. Gold Coast provides you with all the resources you possibly need.

I am happy that I chose Gold Coast school. From my initial contact, the school was very informative of the courses available. Al was my instructor for the course and I couldn’t have been happier. He makes the class so much easier to understand. Keeps our attention, and interacts with the class often. He is very knowledgeable and is great in giving you ideas on how to retain the information.

My experience with Gold Coast school was phenomenal. I took the sales associate - real estate course with Alan. He helped me understand the material while also making the class a fun time! Just finished and passed the end of course exam. My teacher was Bill Christen. Mr Christen is seasoned and well versed in the industry. The content he taught was with relevant real life scenarios. I recommend the month long class (vs week long). This allows you to review content and do homework at home while also keeping your home obligations. I think the week long course does not allow sufficient time to review and learn the content and you lose the next day on-site instruction opportunity that helps with those questions that come up when you study at home. You do have to study, the content is very important and detailed. They provide the content but you have to learn it! The north orlando building is easy access from I-4. Traffic was not bad coming from the north side of town. It has 2 comfortable classrooms with bright walls, large glass windows, and state of the art electronic white boards. Spacing was great between student seats. There is plenty of outside parking. They provide your books and a name badge the first day of class. You need a calculator that isn’t your phone. The front staff is very nice and you can get your state required fingerprints for license exam clearance on-site. To be able to sit for your license exam soon after you complete your course class, I recommend you sign up to take the license exam as soon as you start class and get your fingerprints done very early on. They recommend that you submit your fingerprints first and then do the online registration for the license exam. Overall a great experience, I recommend Goldcoast! Thanks!

If you are reading this review, you are already on the path to your greatness and success. I seriously recommend the 63 hr - 1 week class with Mr Alan.. I would compare it to a 3 Michelin star restaurant for your brain. In case you don’t know, restaurants that are awarded 3 stars means “ unique experience worth traveling for”. Definitely the best educational experiences in my life from Mr Alan. If you are intimidated or concerned about the challenge of a 1 week class for 9 hrs a day, don’t be! You only need 2 things to pass this class: #1 belief in yourself and capabilities, #2 motivation. Have the confidence and Mr Alan will take care of the rest. Literally. If you don’t take the 1 week class with Mr. Alan you are leaving money on the table. Now I ask you, do you like leaving money on the table for others to take from you or do you want it for yourself? Wow! Let me tell you when I registered for the one week class I had no idea what I was in for! Packing in 63 hours of material in just week wasn’t something I was looking forward to, but after spending this week with the best teacher I have ever seen, Alan Chapman, I look forward to the class every morning. Not exactly, hahaha, but Alan makes the class fun while helping us learn and retain the information. Alan is a master at his craft in real estate and adult learning. The whole class is at ease and relaxed, as well as, focused on the material. I could go on and on about him. Today I passed my state exam and officially have my Fl Real Estate License! I can say that Gold Coast school of Real Estate is truly amazing! My instructor Alan was great and really teaches you the important material you need to know to become a successful REAL-TOR. If you have the time to take the course I would do the: class, 7 day, 9-5 course! Its worth it! Follow the instructors directions, study every night, and most importantly LISTEN while in class and you’ll do great! Thank you Alan and GC!

Low and behold this is my first ever review on Google and for good reason. If you’re looking for a reputable place to get the information you need to pass the state exam, look no further. I signed up for the 2 week sales associate course with Alan Chapman. I haven’t been to a class in a few years so was nervous as to if I’d be able to sit in class for 6 hours a day and get back into the studying mode. But with Alan’s easy to approach, nothing short of comedic teaching style, I was able to retain in 2 weeks what would normally take me months. He breaks down the material in ways you’re able to really lock it in your brain. I’m wondering where those 2 weeks went as time just flew by. I’m someone that needs an instructor to be passionate about what they’re teaching or I tend to lose motivation and get distracted. With Alan, you can tell he enjoys what he does, putting in the time to make sure his students leave ready to take on not just the world of real estate but also feeling confident and optimistic about professional and personal endeavors. I rarely write reviews but i wanted to share my awesome experience with this school. I had Alan as my instructor and felt very lucky to be in his class. It was a very positive environment and found myself truly enjoying the learning process. Alan would always take the time to answer any questions and add a few pro tips along the way. I took a 2 week course and my instructor was was Alan, he is a very great instructor and thought our class a lot more than just real estate. So just know if your instructor ends up to be Alan, you will have a great time and learn a lot.

I took one week vacation off to go to Gold Coast School to take the Sales Associate Pre-License Course and that’s the best decision that I have ever made so far. My instructor is Alan Chapman, I don’t have the best words to describe him, but all I can say: “ He is the best instructor that I have ever had, he is knowledgeable, practical and well-versed in real estate”. He gives you some jokes to keep you entertained throughout these hours. He uses acronyms, the real life tactical approaches to help you better understanding the subject. Before starting the course I was feeling very anxious about how the course was going to turn out , when I arrived I immediately loved the environment. I was referred to Gold Coast Schools by a friend who is a broker and I could not be more satisfied. I feel respected as a person, valued as a customer and extremely motivated as a student. The whole process was super stress free, from inquiring and applying over the phone, to checking in on the first day. The staff is super friendly, they help you through the process, plus you can get your fingerprints done on site which is super convenient. The material is good, looooots of questions for you to practice. The instructor in my opinion is the greatest highlight. Alan Chapman (if you can sign up for one of his classes, DO SO) is amazing! His expertise and charisma make everything run smoothly, I chose the 1 week option thinking it would be way too overwhelming but Alan explains everything in a way that you definitely understand and will remember, and most importantly, that MAKES SENSE. All of this while keeping us focused and entertained. Totally worth the investment. I strongly recommend this school and instructor. One tip, not too many food options around, so take your lunch if you are taking a whole day class.

Alan is a great instructor who is inviting, funny and encouraging He breaks down real estate principles which I thought was going to be so hard and makes it easier to understand. The great thing about this class is that everyone there Wanted to learn which made the class fun and lively. I was encouraged by my brother-in-law; niece, and sister to consider Climer if I wanted to pursue my real estate license. I'm so glad I listened. The classes are difficult but Alan is great at breaking things down and applying real life experiences that it helps retain the many things to remember. Alan also knows how to bring his students together as a team with his humor and great personality which helps if you're like me, intimidated in classroom settings. Great learning experience. I highly recommend this school.

Not a chore to endure, but a carefully and wonderfully orchestrated symphony of instruction to enjoy. It is my first day of a week course for 63 hours sales associate. All I can say..... the teacher needs a raise ! He is doing amazing and really keeping the class interactive and knowledgeable. I love when things start of great like this , I believe he will be the reason we succeeded besides our own effort. Will update review at end of week.

Words cannot express the EXPERIENCE that I had in My Post 45 Course this past week. I had originally taken My Pre License Course here at Climer with ANDY BROWN. I Loved the School and Staff and ANDY soooo much that I decided to take My Post 45 there as Well. Although ANDY was not able to teach this Course I Feel SUPER BLESSED and PRIVILEGED to have had Bill Christen for My Instructor. He CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER!!! Not only with My Mind set for Real Estate but in everyday Life as Well. His style of Teaching makes the Course soooo much FUN while at the same Time SUPER INFORMATIVE. I didn't want the Week Course to end. Like when does that ever happen. Bill brings a Plethora of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry to the table. He holds Licenses in many facets in the Business, teaches, writes Books on Real Estate etc etc. His Unique Personality is SOOOO REFRESHING and a PLEASURE to be around.
