Recibi el curso con la profesora Laura, comenze de noche y me pase al dia a las 2 semanas por problemas entre algunos alumnos, ella es espectacular! Su clase es super interesante, la manera en que ella imparte la clase, decidi seguirla de dia porque no queria dejar de recibir su clase. Hoy aprobe con una nota alta y me siento muy contenta de haber recibido este curso con una profesora tan preparada.

Alessandro Danieli is very knowledgable and brings everything down to the point to what the core issues are. As someone that has lived in Italy as well I loved the sense of humor and could fully understand the stories form his country. He surely makes this dry subject more enjoyable by connecting them to concrete examples in the field.

My experience in taking the 45 hr post licensing course given by Gaspare at the Boca satellite classroom was nothing less than excellent and satisfying. Gaspare is an excellent instructor who kept the class focused throughout each day and skillfully encouraged student participation. I was advised that every student in my class passed the final exam, most with very high scores, which also speaks well of Gaspare's talents as an instructor.

One of the best classes I’ve had at Gold Coast school, our instructor Gasper was awesome, class in involved and active in the leaning process, just no way not to pass such an interactive class. Thanks Gasper for the great work teaching our post RE class.

I took my post license course here and the instructor was amazing.Gaspare kept the class engaged and made us feel right at home. This was my first time at the satellite campus and I must say that I had a very positive experience. The material was exactly what I needed to know and easy to understand additionally he never made us feel like we didn’t know anything in spite of all the questions. Thank you

I took my sales associate course online through another school and it wasn’t the same experience. Definitely recommend GC. If you can take it in classroom even better! I took my brokers course with professor Gaspare and he was excellent. Genuinely cares about students and cares about teaching. Classes were engaging and I found the material to be interesting. Thank you! P.S. if you expect ANY teacher to spoon feed you answers then you need to re-evaluate why you are taking these classes. The point of any course is to learn the material and help us be knowledgeable in our profession not to just pass an exam.

Had another amazing experience at Gold Coast...in 2020 I took FREC 1 (SALES ASSOC) course and passed with flying colors because of the thoroughness of the instructor and course. I am finishing FREC 2 (BROKER) today with Gaspar with the same expectation. He is knowledgeable, has tons of hands on experience and made the class easy to understand and tons of fun! Thanks Gaspar!! This is my third time coming to Gold Coast for a license and I will say it is my far my proudest achievement so far. I ended up getting a 95 on my Pre-Licensing RE exam! I cannot thank my teacher, Laurina Emiliani, enough for her knowledge and wisdom throughout the past month. Her positive reinforcement is a light and truly is a blessing. She goes over all the material thoroughly and answers all the questions students may have. Thank you so much to GC and the great staff you have with you. I have never been disappointed! Keep it up!

Professor Lakendra is the best, I’m usually not a good test taker/student but thanks to her I was able to learn a lot and pass the exam

Active realtor in PA for past 10yrs. Starting from scratch in FL Just completed the 63hr pre-licensing course at GC with Lakendra Eubanks. I “trusted her process” and wow, she is an excellent teacher at GC. She did her job - period. Thank you immensely to Lakendra; a valuable asset to GC Boca.

I started this class not knowing what to expect but after taking the pre license course I feel like I’ve learned so much in a short period of time. My instructor knows her stuff and was determined that all her students would pass. I would highly recommended Gold Coast for a career in real restate.

I had an amazing experience with the school and the instructor Lakendra Eubanks who is well trained and knowledgeable, very enthusiastic, energetic and passionate. Although the class was long she made it fun and engaging.

Second course that I took in Gold Coast, great and professional teachers, very self explanatory books, bright and clean classrooms. Definitely the best choice if you are looking for any courses from real estate to appraisal, mortgage…etc.

Just today I took the property management class given by Dan. I highly recommend it, it was very informative and Dan did a great job of mixing in the book with personal experience as a property owner.

I recently took the 14 hour renewal course with Gold Coast Realty. Gasper of Gasper Realty was the instructor. He kept our interest lively by use f stories and videos and by conversing with students about various subjects we discussed. I have over forty years in the business and enjoyed this uplifting renewal of my tools in real estate.

At the end of February 2023, I got my license and 3 weeks later I started the 45-hour post-license Real Estate Sales Associate class at the Boca-Raton location with Gaspore morning classes on Friday i pass the test and got a certificate! Gaspore used a brilliant method, the material he gave us, he explain to us (reviewed each chapter) and gave us examples. As well as very useful group work between students. This is the best teacher at this school. Classes always start on time. Bravissimo! If you want to get quality training and pass the test one road to Gaspore.

As always, I enjoyed the class. It was crowded but it didn't seem to matter. The atmosphere was very positive and conducive to learning. Gaspar was an excellent instructor!

I just finished a 63-hour sales associate course with Gaspare Lucania. Although I think that having a course with a longer length would be beneficial, I have to say that having the right teacher makes a huge difference. I've learned a lot about real estate in 63 hours, much more than I would expect to learn. I'm glad that I had an instructor who was always encouraging and positive, and who was always sharing some great professional experiences which we don't learn in the book. Thank you Gaspare for all your skills and for all the laugher too! :D

The best decision was to do an in person class at Gold Coast with instructor Gaspare Lucania. He explained the material to make you understand and apply the knowledge with real life examples. The support of the group was very helpful as well. I passed GC exam!

I highly recommend Gold Coast Schools! The way the book and classes are organized makes it easy to follow, not to mention our fabulous teacher, Gaspere. He shared his 17 years of experience, good and not so good so we could learn from his mistakes. Those in the class really connected with each other and we all made some new friends.

I took the class with instructor Gaspere. He make sure that you pass the class and also the state board exam. His teaching style is unique and he respects & accommodates everyone. I appreciated Gold Coast School and if need be I would encourage other people to register for their future Courses at Gold Coast....

Ms. Deborah Bethune was the absolute best instructor. Actually, she is the best teacher I have ever had. She made the course material interesting, was extremely knowledgeable, and personable. If you are thinking of taking real estate courses, look no further than Gold Coast, as the staff is also wonderful. But, I absolutely recommend requesting Ms. Bethune as your instructor. She is the best!

Just finished The 7 day sales person's course with Lakendra Eubanks as the instructor.Although intense, by the time we took the test we were well prepared to pass. Besides being an amazing teacher Lakendra made every day interesting and gave each of us everything we needed to be a real estate success! Highly recommend the class especially if you can get Lakendra as your instructor!

I have been attending GC for many years, from Licensing to CE and they always provide the best service, Dan, the instructor makes the classes very informative and fun. This is my second time at the Boca location I just wish to request 2 things: 1-Make the rooms a little warmer(or at least put a disclaimer during the registration) 2-Set up a coffee station (Cafeteria)

LaKendra was great! If you can, do the one week from 9-6. It's alot of info but the best way to immerse yourself into the material in order to pass the test.

My Teacher was the best Laulani I might be spelling it wrong but I truly enjoyed her and whomever encounter her class will receive the best teaching I guarantee it.

I obtain my Real Estate licence since 2007 thanks to Gold Coast, since then I book all my 14 hours continue education there All the teacher are excellent professionals very well updated on the latest industry news. I just completed 14 hours with Gasparino lucania as teacher and I had the best experience he has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable, and always keeping it light and fun. Thank you Gold Coast for never disappointed me.

Laurina Emiliani was an excellent teacher. The class was organized and presented in a way that prepared us for the exam. The extra media, Math videos, books and P.P Presentation were very helpful.

Just finished and passed! I took 1 week intensive class, it was a LOT of info to cram but our teacher LaKendra was amazing, very informative, fun & motivating. You'll still need to put in your time & effort to do well, but school gives you all you need for success. You must Listen + PAY Attention! I recommend getting your fingerprints way in advance and submitting state application so you can take state exam right after your training! Good luck!

Just concluded my SAFE course from Dan F who had orchestrated a wonderful mix of exam prep, and education while masterfully peppering in real world application to career advancement. As a previous LMB, I learned quite a bit and am fortunate to have taken the most efficient on-site course possible. Just finished and passed the Frec 1 course, at the Boca location. The instructor Deborah, was excellent, fun, kept us on track. The facilities were fantastic, very clean and newly remodeled.

The Gold coast school in Boca raton is the best! I just passed my exam yesterday and wanted to thank my instructor Gaspare, who gave us a lot of knowledge about the real estate world not only from the basic book, but from his own experience! FREC 2, broker class was great. I felt overwhelmed at first but as the week went on Frances Jarvis did a great job of honing in on the subject matter and preparing us for the test. Amen!!

Renewed my license once again at the Boca Campus this past weekend. Instructor Danielle was excellent and the in person class allows you to network and meet many different Realtors, architects and Builders.

I just took the one week cram Real Estate course with Lakendra Eubanks. It was a lot of work but totally worth it !!! She is an amazing teacher.

5 STARS!! IF I COULD GIVE MORE I WOULD!! Both Real Estate Instructors I've had were outstanding! Marilyn in Tamarac explained everything so good and ran her curriculum well. We had one week to cover 19 Chapters!!! I passed the school exam with a 93% and of course the state exam. Then for my Post Licensure course I have Rat Clemente and he is exceptional! He has SOOO much value to bring to you! His experiences and knowledge leaves you thinking how you have to re-ramp your way of doing things! I'm going back to Gold Coast for more courses to keep educating myself by the best of the best!
