On 2/13/24, I had a question that, had I looked more closely, I could have answered myself.....but I didn't. So, I called GC and was called back by Maggy Valdez. She answered my question quickly, gave me perfect advice and didn't patronize, nor make me feel "dumb". She is wonderful....I don't know what you're paying her, but it is not enough (she is worth her weight in GOLD)!! Now, I'm spoiled. When I need help I'll always look for Maggy at Gold Coast. I went to the home inspection program not knowing anything at all about construction or inspections, and I successfully completed the course. The instructor Hans Pinto is amazing and super knowledgeable. He teaches with absolute certainty and builds your confidence level up. Although I still need to learn a lot more I have a great foundation to stand on. Thanks Gold Coast

Great teachers can make a difference in the learning process. My experience with Gold Coast Schools has been through their online courses. I live in a rural area of Florida, the closest physical real estate school is an hour away. Gold Coast solves and serves all my needs. Not only was the online course easy to manage and access, but all the teachers that interact online from my sales associates to broker courses have been excellent! They not only spent the time to needed to explain the materials and the reading, but shared real-life scenarios that offered the best experience and advice. Lastly, I am so happy with the text books. I refer to my books often, and the Broker's book have fantastic forms and letters to refer to! Thank you, Gold Coast! Very happy, Student! (By the I scored at least a 92% on all my exams!..and only needed to take them once!). This school is well-worth the course fee!

Acabo de terminar las 14 horas continua educacion de real estate en persona, con el profesor Jose Miguel Arreaza, es profesional, muy buen manejo del tiempo y los temas a cubrir, clase muy mena, nos llevo hacer un recorrido por el tiempo vimos los sucesos de los dos ultimos años y lo que esto a afectado o beneficiado a nuestro mercado. Es recomendable 100% su calse. Felicito a Gold Cost por tener al Senor Jose Miguelcomo profesor.

Professor Harvey is beyond amazing. His knowledge is beyond reason. But what impressed me most about him was his humility. Most people with that much knowledge "usually" become a bit snobby. Not Doug. He took the time, even during breaks to answer our questions or concerns. This is my 2nd time taking a course with Gold Coast. The 1st time was to obtain my GC license and the instructor Chris Clausing was also amazing. Now, the experience with Doug Harvey made me realize that Gold Coast School doesn't just hire anyone. They hire the MOST qualified candidates that not only know the material inside out, but also know how to teach it. I take my hat off to everyone. I cannot stress enough to anyone interested in becoming a contractor or building inspector that there is no other school like Gold Coast. Not only did I obtain my license because of their abilities, but my daughter Gabriela also took the Real Estate course and is now a licensed realtor. So again, again and again, thank you Gold Coast. Ms Sheppard was the best instructor I have ever had at Gold Coast. She constantly interacted with the group, and b/c she's a realtor, she was able to relate to different situations that other had. Gold Coast is a great environment for getting your CE credits in or even taking your RE or brokers licenses courses. I just recently took my CE 14 hour course with instructor Karice Jeffers who made it very interesting and informative.

This school is excellent,my instructor was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend attending in person for the best experience, as it allows you to learn more about each other. They offer an excellent program that prepares you to pass the state examination.

Gaspare L is a TRUE teacher he made our class so easy, fun and he focusing on which important parts no hocus focus and he truly cares about his students. Gold Coast should give him a raise and/or good bonus 🤑. Also to Sebastian he is very helpful his customer service is amazing he went above beyond, GC has 2 GEMS and lucky and blessed to have GARPARE and SEBASTIAN! HANDS DOWN! I highly recommend taking the 63 hr -Real Estate sales Associate course with proffesor Gaspere. He made the complex material easy to understand. Helped us prepare for the test and shared his knowledge about the profession. it was a great experience overall.

Stanley Mediw is a great instructor he is very knowledgeble. I really enjoyed the class. My only complaint is that they didn't privide a hard cooy of the certifucate instead they emailed it.

I completed my 14 hrs. of CE with Gold Coast Schools for the first time this year. I had been doing my CE courses for over 20 years at another great school until they became part of Gold Coast. When I called Gold Coast Schools to enroll for this year I was greeted by CSR Ms. Ayanna Graham out of the Lake Worth office. She explained and helped me with the transition process pleasantly and quiet enthusiasm. This lady gives GC a particularly good first impression. Gold Coast's website is easily understandable and very user friendly, the material and exam are readily available and easy to access. GS Schools have been helping Floridians earn our State Licenses for many, many years. I now can see how they've had and continued to grow.

Gaspar Lucania was an exceptional instructor for the Pre Licensure Real Estate course! I enjoyed his teaching style and he really helped break down concepts for my improved understanding of the material. I love that he used real life scenarios to help synthesize our learning. The class was interactive and highly engaging which made learning fun! I highly recommend others to take his class!

This is the third course I take with Gold Coast, now taking my real estate associate pre license and it’s my favorite one so far. Gaspare, our instructor, is phenomenal on how he teaches the class.
