I had the best experience ever!! My teacher is the best!!! She was so amazing and kept the whole class engaged and actually had us wanting to learn more. She was super outgoing and helpful. I would only take the boca class with her and only take her if you’re planning on passing!!!

As a Licensed NYC Realtor for decades, I chose to pursue licensing in Florida upon my relocation. Laurina Emiliani is a great instructor and a great person. The course content was excellent. If you’re searching for a place to start your real estate journey, you’ve found it. I genuinely enjoyed going to class and it was such a pleasure to learn from Ms. Laurina Emiliani. She is so educated and is exceptional at teaching… and she does it because she loves it. I would absolutely recommend this location as well, it is extremely clean and there is a café with great food/ drinks.

I highly recommend Gold Coast Boca, and if you can get Laurina Emiliani as your teacher for the Sales Associate course. Laurina taught us the vast amount of information that is real estate by the book along with real life scenarios and focusing on passing the test. I felt confident and motivated using Laurina's guidance and the resources Gold Coast provides (in person and online). The Boca campus was modern, clean, and had a cafe in the center--perfect for break times! I look forward to doing the post-licensing.

I did the 3.5 week Sales Associate Pre-License course and my professor - Laurina Emiliani was the best professor. Each day of class, she made the class fun, the learning interesting and her teaching was very helpful as well. She has a vast knowledge base of the real estate market, and was a definitely a joy to learn more about real estate from her. I would recommend that anyone who is looking to take this class or any class for that matter - should make sure their class is being taught by Professor Emiliani

I just finished the sales associate license in person class. I highly recommend this campus and Ms Emiliani as your teacher. She was able to make the huge volume of information relatable to real life. She also breaks everything down to help you as much as possible on the tests required. I recommend doing this class in person because the other students may have different experiences than me (you) and asked questions I did not even consider. Especially since experienced realtors from other states might be in your class since their license doesn’t transfer.

I had an excellent experience with Gold Coast school and the instructor. Mr. Taurizano Was a wonderful and thorough instructor. He kept the entire class attention, and I felt we all learned from him, and of course enough to pass, but with a high Grade. He told us all reach for All the questions not just to pass and we did all that. I am from New York hoping to Obtain my Florida license and I will speak for myself a fabulous school. I did learn a lot and confident on passing the state. They also in addition to my class had online cram courses to sharpen up before the state. Gold Coast is the way to go to get Your GC license. All of the instructors really knew the material and were pretty helpful. I have friends that did not go to Gold Coast and failed 2&3 times. Study at your own pace, take the test when you’re ready and you’ll pass! Good Luck!

Registered and got my books Jan 10 and today Feb 26th I passed my final General Contractors test! The resourses are there! I work full time, and have 3 home schooled kids, if i did it in 6 weeks , YOU CAN DO IT! Watch all the videos from Cris, they will help, do the quizes and practice exams! I want to thank Ms. Bethune who was our Instructor! She was amazing! She made sure we understand everything she taught us! She was extremely thorough! She knows Real Estate inside and out! I was in her class this past month and I took my test today and I passed and I know it was because she helped prepare me! Also, I would like to say the facility was very clean and modern which also makes the environment conducive for learning. Once I pass my State Exam next month, I will immediately enroll in my 45-hour post licensing course! I only wish Ms. Bethune was teaching that course, too!😀

Lisa Vizcaino is a great instructor. She kept all the students engaged the entire time. Every student passed the class exam due to the time and effort Lisa put into making sure we understood each chapter.

I love Goald coast. I have taken all my classes from my real estate license post license and classes. My recent Cam Class live stream was amazing. I had also taken in person, but this was a great experience. The The learning experience was amazing and it was structured perfectly and an easy way to understand I really think Jetta Goldcoast North Miami She's really taking good care of me with all my classes and I'm truly grateful!

I had a wonderful experience with Gold Coast taking the Broker class. My teacher Ray was amazing. He kept his on track and gave us a lot of pointers and tips to help us with our Broker test. I think Gold Coast is one of the best programs for real estate agents to do their continue education and their classes.
