I just finished my real estate post-license course and I feel very prepared to be a successful agent.
The office staff at Gold Coast is very helpful and courteous, and I had the privilege of having Shari Carpenter as our teacher. She not only is knowledgeable, but she makes the class fun! And she gave so many practical examples from her own experience, that it would be impossible to not remember what she taught us.
I just finished my real estate post-license course and I feel very prepared to be a successful agent.

This is by no means an easy course to complete. Definitely ALL about how you apply yourself and the time/effort YOU put into studying the course material, and attending the livestream classes which Gold Coast offer. I did the online self guided 63hr sales associate course, which took about 163hrs. May be better (if you have time) to attend the actual classes for a week. Do the online weekend cram classes and Tuesday tutoring sessions at least twice. My 2 instructors were Ray Clemente and Walter Lesbiral (supported by the brilliant Vivian Gonzalez) - world class! Also recommend the many You tube videos offered by GC and other service providers. I wrote the state exam yesterday, it was a super challenging paper, but I passed (1st time). Definitely buy the Text Book, highlighters, and Post-its.

I just got off the phone with Brenda. She was so helpful in making changes to my Gold Coast account and one of the classes I wanted to take. She looked for the best solution for my issue and solved the problem for me. I have taken all my real estate classes at Gold Coast. I'm now on my post license for my broker's class.
