Gold Coast Schools is great, my instructor, Gaspare, broke the real estate class into pieces that were easy to comprehend. It is alot of information yet he was able to make it easy and understandable in a very short time. I would recommend Gold Coast to anyone and if you’re able to request an instructor Gaspare is the one you want.

The Class was amazing, great to hone my skills, we had a slight hiccup (which happens with technology) with a link to access the 2nd portion of the class, but Anne was right on top of the email to assist and got me right back on track. Thank you.

El profesor Juan Carlos Velázquez no tengo calificativo que lo honre. No hay adjetivo que describa la admiración que le tengo. Soy una madre soltera de 43 años y pensé que jamás podría pasar esto o Examen. Apenas dormí. Estuve muy nerviosa. Creo había dejado de creer en mi. Aprobé 93 de 100. No estudié apenas. Professor Víctor Taurizano at Gold Coast School is outstanding! His teaching methodology is excellent, and he provides incredible support throughout the learning process. Although online classes can sometimes be difficult to follow, he made everything clear and easy to understand. His vast knowledge and approachable, friendly demeanor make his classes enjoyable. My husband is a real estate broker of 27 years now, and has been using Bert Rodgers' 14-Hour Real Estate Continuing Education for as long as I can remember. I am a broker of 13 years, and because of my husband's satisfaction with the Bert Rodgers' product, I have been using their products for years now too. The material is clear, concise, and to the point; the price is reasonable, and the content is in book form. Paper, folks! You can right on it and make notes. All that said; there is NO reason why you shouldn't pass your exam on the first try.

I would like to thank Brenda Fletcher for her patience and guidance as she explained the 14-hour, continuing education course to me because I was getting very frustrated. She calmed my fears and provided confidence that I could complete the course successfully and I did.

Have been using Bert Rogers for years, always a good experience. This year Bert decided to retire and sold the business so I expected a bit of trouble with the transition. Sure enough, I could not log in to their website to send in my scoring sheet - but - a Ms Morales came to my rescue when I called their phone number and solved all of my problems right away, even scoring my test and getting that over to FDPR despite it being late in the afternoon. So - great service!! No change!
