I really enjoy the class, the way the instructor conducted the class was very dinamic, and made every one participate and made sure that every one understood the topic on point. I admire and appreciate all the effort, time, and dedication that Mr. Taurisano had in creating material such as explanatory audios, visual cards, math exercises, and practice tests to help us be prepared for the final exam of the course, which I passed with a high score. With all this support material, I feel more confident about taking the state exam.

I've taken multiple live classes at Gold Coast as a first step in getting licensed as a Community Association Manager and a Real Estate Sales Associate. The office staff, on the phone, via email and in person have always been friendly, very responsive and most helpful. The instructors have been outstanding and exceptional, teaching the material in an interesting and memorable way. They were also great at motivating and encouraging the class. That is especially true of Instructor Bill Christen who teaches Real Estate at the school. Everyone attending the classes I was in that he taught raved about him and hopes to have him again as an instructor. We are all very grateful for his exceptional teaching and encouragement.

My experience taking the broker course with Professor Victor Taurizano was the best. He makes the classes very dynamic and fun, which allows us to be attentive at all times, despite being several weeks of online classes. He was also very patient answering our questions, and gave us all the knowledge and many other resources with which I was able to successfully pass my exam.
