I recently finished the 16 hour CAM prerequisite course online which was very informative. After completing the course a certificate verification was to be emailed. Mine did not arrive ( went to my spam ). I called and spoke to Ines Velasquez, she resent it and I received it while I was still on the phone with her.

Two months ago, I took the one-month class for the Sales Associate course with Gold Coast at the Boca Raton location. I had the pleasure to have Laurina Emiliani as my instructor. Laurina has a gift, and her gift is the connection she makes with her students and her teaching skills. She was so patient we all of us because as her priority, she wanted to make sure that we all understood the material and concept before moving on to the next chapter. She always had an answer for every question with real life example and experiences. All chapters were explained with details. If your instructor finds a way to connect with you and you connect with your instructor, its game on! English is my 3rd language, so it was a bit challenging for me but thanks to Laurina, I passed my State Exam this morning for the Sales Associate!!!!! If you decide that one day you want to try your luck in Real Estate and becoming a Sales Associate, Gold Coast Boca Raton with instructor Laurina Emiliani is the way to go.
