The course was excellent. The book is written precise and efficiently. Professor Ricardo Russi kept the class focus. Did not allow students to derail from the material. Professor Russi did not dismiss the questions but offered to answer all questions after class and he kept his word. He explained the material clearly and I appreciated mostly that he started the class explaining the basic facts of an association vs. a rental property. This laid the foundation to understanding and a successful class. Thank You.
