Professor: Julissa Avendano Absolutely wonderful Professor!!! She makes learning about Real Estate fun and truly cares about her students. She takes her time to make sure you grasp what is needed to be successful in the class. I would definitely recommend her if you are interested in getting your Real Estate Sales Associates License.

I had an awesome learning experience as always at the Gold Coast doral , was lucky to have on a second time Julio Vera’s as our instructor, very knowledgeable and informative as well as making the learning and Reviewing class fun .. Definitely will be back to doral Gold Coast in a couple of years and hope to be lucky to have Julio once again as the instructor!

I recently completed my pre-license real estate course here, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! A huge thank you to our instructor, Carlos Suarez, for making every single class engaging and enjoyable. I never once felt bored or tired because his positive energy and enthusiasm every day. He not only taught the material clearly but also shared real-life real estate experiences and examples that made everything easier to understand. Pablo Palacios, our director got his GC license there in 2015 and all the continuing education classes, plus a few courses to improve the professionalism in the business performance that they offer. I just approved my school exam and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The school and courses are very well organized and everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Pedro Nieto Espinoza was my professor and he was absolutely amazing! If you trust the process and follow his suggestions you are guaranteed to pass your exam. When they say “the proof is in the passing” they are not joking!

I have taken all my Real Estate Classes with GC, they have always made the process as simple as possible. Also informed me thoroughly of the following steps after taking the class. I like the fact that most classes maybe taken online or in person. I definitely recommend GC for all RE classes.

Major kudos to Karice Jeffers pertaining to the 14 HR CE class. Her teaching style is by far, the most unique I've seen in all the years I've taken a CE class and the most beneficial for all of those who attend in my opinion. The knowledge gained doesn't just stem from what you go there to learn from a CE perspective, but you are also obtaining a tremendous amount of added collaborative bonus that is also geared towards Real Estate, past experiences, product knowledge and etc. which coincides to her style of teaching. Due to this collaborative sharing, she is able to manage and execute the core structure of the CE components flawlessly throughout the weekend. Just wow! Great job Karice showing true teamwork in action!

My instructor Clarice was exceptional. She was very interactive with the class and we had a huge class of I believe 85 students. She is an outstanding communicator teacher. She really cares. She wanted to teach us real life experiences for us to use in our careers. it was a really great experience with her this weekend

Katrice Jeffers was amazing! She’s so personable and really valued the feedback of the students. Refreshing, especially when you’re required to take a course. It’s can be challenging to put your schedule on hold for 2 in person sessions but Ms. Jeffers made it so enjoyable with memorable real life buyer/seller examples. I will definitely look for her courses when renewing in the future.

My instructor Alejandro, the other instructor. The office team , the entire school experience has been one word and that is excellent. I am so glad that I signed up for this school. The education provided was priceless and also the instructor was able to pass on not only his knowledge but also his enthusiasm and his love for realestate. The office team was always friendly and professional and went out their way to work with me and my challenging schedule. I completed 5/7 days and due to personal reason was not able to finish. So i'm going back to take the class and I look forward to it. I would highly recommend it to other nurses, stay at home moms, private landlords, anyone looking for a new career or a second career and who also wants to further their education. The school offers 3 convenient class options. And I would highly recommend the Live stream or in Person option. The Livestream is great for someone who may not be able to make it to the school daily.You still get the Live teaching from the teacher and interaction with other students. And if you go to class in person you'll get even more of that. This school earns a Golden Seal of Customer Approval, it is Topflight , earns 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️easy!

Gold Coast is one of the best in Florida! The help desk representative Ines Velazquez was so helpful and got me signed up for my CAM cram exam in minutes. The instructors are thorough and very knowledgeable the study material is great.
