For over 30 years, I have attended the Gold Coast Schools where I acquired my Property and Casualty, Real Estate Agent, and Broker licenses. All my CE requirements are also done at GCSs in person and online; I thoroughly enjoyed attending these classes with their expert instructors, generating student participation to the fullest extent.

Karice Jeffers was an excellent teacher. She kept everyone engaged and is very knowledgeable. The two days passed quickly due to how interesting the class was. Great and useful information was shared.

Gaspare is an amazing real estate professor. He explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure everyone understands. He cares about his students and really wants them to succeed. His classes are easy to follow and full of helpful information specially when he gives real experience examples. I feel supported and more confident because of how he taught. Gaspare is a very detailed teacher. I’ve always experienced teachers that just want to get the lessons over with. However, Gaspare cares to get his students to comprehend the lessons and even make references and analogies for a better understanding. His scenarios and notes on the board really help us understand. I’m very grateful that i got to experience this course and especially with a teacher like him.

Had the 7 day crash course with Gasper, class was fun and informative. 9 hour days blew by before you even realized. Would highly recommend the school a and more so the instructor.

Took the Real Estate Pre-licensing course with Gaspare as my instructor. He is very thorough with each section and chapter. He creates a great learning environment for everyone. Highly recommend this course if you are interested in Real Estate.

Gold Coast Schools is the best to prepare you for your RE career. Since my very first class 20 years ago, I have always enjoyed their teachers and continue my CE courses with them.

Major kudos to Karice Jeffers pertaining to the 14 HR CE class. Her teaching style is by far, the most unique I've seen in all the years I've taken a CE class and the most beneficial for all of those who attend in my opinion. The knowledge gained doesn't just stem from what you go there to learn from a CE perspective, but you are also obtaining a tremendous amount of added collaborative bonus that is also geared towards Real Estate, past experiences, product knowledge and etc. which coincides to her style of teaching. Due to this collaborative sharing, she is able to manage and execute the core structure of the CE components flawlessly throughout the weekend. Just wow! Great job Karice showing true teamwork in action!

I took the one-week intensive class (9 AM to 6 PM), and I was truly impressed by her level of commitment. Marylin brings an exceptional amount of energy, focus, patience, and stamina to the classroom. She genuinely cares about her students’ understanding and success, and it shows in every interaction. El curso post licencia de 45 horas es muy práctico e interesante. Más aún en la forma como es impartido por José Miguel Arreaza. José Miguel desarrolla la instrucción de manera muy didáctica y objetiva, conectando sus explicaciones con la realidad y sus experiencias vivenciales como un broker exitoso y de una profunda formación en la carrera de real estate. José Miguel, además, expone cada tema de forma amena, no dejando ningun espacio para el aburrimiento, o el cansancio, manteniendo al participante siempre atento. Para ser un buen realtor, un buen médico, o cualquier buen profesional, lo primero es ser un buen ser humano. Ms. Lewis, stuck with us and saw us through the licensing process. Even when I was concerned she was able to get the application through on the first attempt. I applied for my contractor license once before 4 years ago with a different company and failed. Ms. Lewis was confident from the start. It really does make all the difference having someone on your side that knows the system, and what exactly the board is looking for. Approved experience is meaningless without the knowledge to lay it out in a manner the board is looking for. Trust me, your words will not be what is needed to meet the standard of the board. This company has figured out the wording necessary to submit that experience. DO NOT DO THIS ALONE, ultimately the service is inexpensive for what you actually get. These last 45 days waiting on the DBPR have been stressful, Ms. Lewis was never concerned. Shows her professionalism and knowledge in the trade. THANK YOU ALL for everything!

Pam Coskey was the Best Instructor hands down. Not only does she have outstanding knowledge in the Real Estate industry but she is a phenomenal teacher. The class was definitely not boring she has a sense of humor and on top of that she really wants her students to learn and retain the information for success. I had a high passing score and to be honest I was going to be satisfied with just a 70 but she pushed us to want better than just a pass she pushed us to Be Stateboard ready and proficient. I made the best choice by investing in myself and Gold Coast helped me complete my mission.

My Representative who helped me is Melanie A Branan, and she was SO NICE and FRIENDLY and answered ALL MY QUESTIONS. She was very Professional, and helped me out with everything I needed to know. Gabriela has been an excellent Customer Service Specialist! She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the programs and the multiple Spanish-language options the school offers. When I spoke with her, I thanked her and told her that "any company would want a Customer Service Specialist like her," especially in this field where the exams are very difficult to pass and we need helpful tools. I had a great experience in the CAM Class. Our instructor, Judy, was really good. She really kept things upbeat and moving along. it was very interesting and she told lots of applicable stories of situations that we could expect to see in a CAM manager position and I definitely would recommend her and Gold Coast.

I just completed my CAM 16-hour course with Gold Coast Schools, and honestly, I’m really happy with the experience. Eddy was an incredible instructor — super clear, patient, and kept us focused through a pretty intense schedule. The classes run from 9 to 5 for two days, and you’re covering nearly 500 pages of material, so it’s definitely a lot to take in. But Eddy made it feel doable. He explained things in a way that really clicked and kept the class engaging the whole time. I walked away feeling confident and motivated to keep going toward my state license. If you’re thinking about getting your CAM certification, I definitely recommend Gold Coast Schools!
