Took the real estate course with George Schlaefli. He’s an amazing instructor, very informative, cares to explain and give plenty of examples. He had a very positive attitude and positive mindset that is motivating me to take my state exam!!!

Bill Christen was my teacher for my post 45 class! This week was amazing. He teaches with passion & has a fountain of knowledge. Any student is lucky to have him as is teacher. Not only have I learned so much, I know he will be there in the future if I ever have any questions! 10/10 recommend !

I registered for the 72 hour Brokers course. After my registration the school lowered the cost of the course 30 percent. I contacted Ms Grady Digiovanni and she made sure that my account was credited the 30 percent. I took my Sales Associate course with Gold Coast and my 14 hour CE class with them. I would gladly be an Ambassador for Gold Coast Schools.

Instructor Christen was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable and brought humor to class every day that made everyone look forward to coming. In addition, he took difficult concepts and broke them down so everybody could understand. Thank you Mr. Bill!

2023: Being the topic of Real State an arid subject I decided to take the course in Spanish. Our teacher was exceptionally clear, interesting, and fun. During the class he was constantly giving real-life examples, making everything easier to learn. Siendo tan arido el topico de Real Estate decidi hacer el curso en Castellano. Nuestro profesor fue excepcionalmente claro, interesante y entretenido. La clase estuvo llena de ejemplos de la vida real, haciendo el proceso de aprendizaje muy facil. 2025: I came back for the post-license in person training, again a wonderful experience, there was zero wasted time. Regrese para el post-licencia y nuevamente fue una gratisima experiencia, cero perdida de tiempo. Excelente Gold Coast !

I only got through chapter 5 of 19 and their site is now down. My test is tomorrow and I called saying or asking if they knew when the site would be back up she did not know. I said my test is tomorrow. I really need to do my reviewing today if the site is not up in the next hour or so I’m gonna have to call back and get a refund so that I can take the class somewhere else and be prepared for my test. She very rudely told me I would not be getting a refund because I had had access to this class since February which is not even close to true no clue what she was talking about and I only got the class to prepare for this test. And I am not able to do that because of the deficiency in their site. This person on the phone could not have been more rude, lacing in compassion, and generally awful to the point that I actually hung up because I don’t want to be talked to like a piece of trash so if you don’t either, I would recommend don’t bother signing up for this class. People who get hired to work in customer service should be interested in working with customers. She gave off in her voice from the start that I was interrupting her day and annoying her. Update- I appreciate that the system was fixed promptly and that Jackie reached out to be sure I knew. I added stars to be reasonable and accurate on review but the person I spoke with in customer service needs serious training to try and get rid of just plain mean responses. If I could only get through 5 chapters with a test the next day it’s not unreasonable to discuss a refund. I’m glad it wasn’t necessary but she was dismissive and mean.

I truly can’t express how grateful I am to have had Bill Christen as my teacher. I’m 18 and truly had no direction in my life. I chose this class to have a sense of hope that I could do something and even up to handing in my test to be graded I doubted myself in so many ways. Bill truly has been been a light at the end of the tunnel. From his way of teaching, to his way of speaking, to his way of caring. Bill Christen is the true definition of what it means to be a teacher. He cares and makes sure you’re okay. I truly don’t believe I would’ve passed my class without him as my educator. As for you, yourself Bill, thank you. Thank you for your beautiful stories. Your cringy (hilarious) jokes. And most importantly for your faith in so many of us. You truly are a blessing. Once I have my license I promise I will call. Until then, it’s a speak to you later. 🥹🤍

Dear Sirs, I would like to say that my final evaluation is correct and that I didn’t prepare myself enough for the final exam, I agree that I failed the exam. But, I would like to tell you that I feel very frustrated by the discrimination I received in front of the whole class by the teacher Mr. Abraham Valencia and I am evaluating if I will take action or make a claim because of this frustrating experience. 1.- On Wednesday, October 25th, I requested the teacher for 30 minutes to leave the class for work issues, I didn’t have any problem and I came back 30 minutes later as we had agreed. 2.- On Saturday, October 28th, at 9:30 I received a phone call from my wife that my son had an accident practicing sports a t the YMCA. Because of this I left as fast as I could and left the class for 2 hours, coming back around noon 12:00 pm, everything was OK, nobody asked about anything, so I continued my normal day in class. 3.- The same Saturday, October 28th, between 5:30 pm and 6pm, I picked up my phone, which was in silence, I insist my phone was in silence, to respond a (whatsapp) message from my wife who was talking to me (I have the registry of the time of the conversation), you can also check the cameras that are in the classroom. When I started texting my wife back, not bothering or interrupting anybody in class, in silence, in my seat in the classroom, the teacher got out of control and in a very exaggerated way (very angry) he started telling me that I couldn’t be doing business during class hours, and that the 30 minutes he gave me on Wednesday were enough, please you have to understand it was almost 6:00 pm on Saturday!! He treated me very badly in front of the class and in a very discriminatory way with racist words because I am “latin” and that’s why I was that way. I kept quiet, very distressed for that moment. 4.- On Sunday, October 29th, the teacher asked us to put our books and cell phones away to take the last practice before the exam. When we were about to start I was checking my smartwatch so it would be silenced and again I was attacked by Mr. Abraham Valencia, telling me in front of the whole class again “these latin people don’t understand” getting out of control again. I would like to tell you that I am a professional with more than 17 years of experience, I have worked in numerous companies as an Executive (Manager) and I also have my own Consulting and Investment Company. I have had the chance to study in several countries including USA where I am a resident and I have never gone through anything like this. I would like to understand that the problem was maybe because I wasn’t part of the group of students who got close to the teacher to listen to him on investing he offered during class hours. We had de invest $200,000 with him to buy a house of $400,000 and we could sell it in $600,000, earning $200,000. The point is that he made an appointment with 2 classmates to start investing during class hours. I don’t know how the transparency of the Institute is, but how can this happen in a recognized institute, are the students that invest with the teacher evaluated the same way as all the students, how can I be sure that all are evaluated the same way, are all the tests revised with the same criteria? As a professional, I recommend a psychological evaluation for the teacher, a teacher can’t be such an attention seeker and that he speaks so ironically of different races or people and looks at someone’s economic situation in particular. He must understand that there can be a more qualified person in his class and for that he must be humble. This email is not meant to justify that I failed the exam, but this whole situation affected me too much for my final exam. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS MY CLAIM

The worst school ever, I registered for a class a month ago and they were emailing me this whole week to remind me to go to class. When I got to school, the lady said the class was canceled but no one notified me. I gave away my 3 days of work to attend school and I had to drive 1 hr and a half. I was very disappointed and very angry, this is not professional at all. I lost my time, my energy, and my money. Worst experience ever, I don’t recommend this school.

I could have done this class online.. I opted to do an in classroom test so that I may have an interactive teacher.. That's not what I got... I got a narrator.... and alot of skipping through the book... I felt as if she just rushed through everything and kind of just read from a book. I could have done that! I stopped asking questions through the class because i felt like the teacher was condecending as if it should have been something I already knew or that she was annoyed that we asked questions... if I have to hear the term this chapter is so dense... I promise I would walk out and ask for a refund.

My experience has been extremely pleasant from day one. I got my fingerprints done with Ashley and she completely guided me through everything to expedite the entire process. Thanks to her I was more than prepared for my first day and any assistance I needed through the course she helped me with, she really contributed to my success from day one of stepping into Gold Coast and till end of course. Therefore from day one of simply getting my fingerprints done I could feel the school wasn’t out to just the minimum to get my payment. My professor Grandi I’ll never in my life forget. He will do everything to assure that you pass the exam PLUS to make sure you’re actually successful in your career. Even after passing the exam I’d pay to sit again through the course just to keep learning from him. What you pay to sit in Grandi’s class is too little for the wealth of knowledge you’ll gain from him, I guarantee you’ll feel the same way if you sit through his class. Also, trust me not a second in his class will you be bored! I am so honored to say I was his student and it is a true life privilege. Thank you Ashley and Grandi for not doing the minimal that your role requires, but instead ACTUALLY caring about our success!

Julissa Avendano was a great instructor, at my Post-License Course she helped us a lot to learn the necessary information and also from time to time she shared her business experiences that enlightened my mind. Durante todo el proceso desde que llame para pedir información sobre cursos, licencia, pasos a seguir para comenzar mis clases, etc. El equipo de Gold Coast School estuvo al 100% conmigo. El sistema de clase livestream junto con clase en vivo fue una excelente experiencia, nunca me sentí fuera del grupo, la internet y la forma de Pedro Nieto de mantener ambas clases a la vez. Could not recommend Carlos Suarez more. Excellent teacher who used real world examples in each lesson. The material is cumbersome and even though we did 2 chapters and math in almost every session, it never felt impossible to overcome or understand. Got 100% on the class test (yes, I studied) using mainly the notes I took in class. State text is next!

Today I visited Gold Coast School office of registrar as I needed more information regarding the online class for preparation of the Real Estate licensing. Ines Velazquez assisted me and answered all my questions. Ines was very helpful, professional and attentive to what I was looking for! I have to say, that I read the reviews before going and quite a few people had wonderful things to say about Ines, and I concur with what everyone said as I got first hand experience on how well Ines treats and handles every person that is fortunate enough to talk to her!!! My daughter and I had a great experience taking the real estate course with our professor, Laurina Emiliani, at Gold Coast Schools. The classes were very informative, well-structured, and focused on the material needed to understand the real estate industry and prepare for the state exam. The professor explained complex topics in a clear and practical way, often using real-life examples from the field. This made the material easier to understand and remember. She was also very approachable and always willing to answer questions and make sure students understood the concepts. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is serious about getting their real estate license and building a strong foundation in the profession.

I just completed the Gold Coast School 63 hour pre-licensing course to become a real estate sales associate and passed both the course test and state exam! Our teacher, Laurina Emiliani, was excellent!! She was always very well prepared and organized, added many interesting personal experiences to the rather dry content and kept the class at a great, manageable pace! She prepared us very thoroughly for the state exam- as she rightfully said, “You just need to put in the time to study:)”.

My second course at Gold Coast School 10/10. Special thanks to Fred for a great week of post licensing education and helpful tips and tricks. I highly recommend in class experience if you are looking to get your post- license or pre- license course.
