Wall of love for Superior School of Real Estate

This is my second round taking the pre-licensing course (previously taken with another school) and Superior provides all the necessary tools to prepare you for the exam. Jim F is an amazing instructor, makes lessons relatable and makes the course enjoyable!

I took my prelicensing course with superior and I'm currently doing my post virtually as well. Andrea is a great instructor who keeps you engaged the whole time, which is a very tall order when your students are at home or at work. Now I'm taking my 302 online with Derrin and he's fantastic!! Mt Dew is the nectar of the gods lol! I've also had a lot of help with choosing my instructors and class schedules etc from Myranda for my post classes and Julia for my prelicensing class. Everyone is so helpful when you call with any concern.

Taking my in-person pre-licensing course at Superior with Tracy Frazier was the best move I could have done. Tracy was amazing! From the start of class to the end, she gave up clear cut information, direction, and real life examples in her teachings. She conducted the classes on a precise schedule with outline, expectations, class participation, fun & laughter. With her guidance and instruction, I was able to pass both exams on first attempt. It was a pleasure taking her class and I am looking forward to do post-lic classes with her. An hour drive for me but well worth it. I would highly recommend Superior school AND Tracy Frazier as your teacher! Thank You Tracy!

Just finished up the Live Exam Cram with instructor Frank Fields. He did a great job helping us review and some tips on memorizing needed information. I take the exam in 3 days. Feel much more confident after this class.

During my time enrolled at Superior Kayla Davis, Dawn Fellers and Myranda Childress were very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with things I’ve needed to succeed!

I had Tracy Frazier in pre license and a post license course. She's an excellent teacher and keeps the classes interesting and fun. Her examples from her real life experience is also a great bonus. Highly recommend!

I was somewhat interested in real estate. Then I took the pre-licensing course at Superior. What a great experience. Dr. Sam -great. Bill Gallager-great

Take all of my CE through Superior. Frank Fields was professional and engaging. Made taking an on-line CE a great experience. Will take classes with Frank again.

Ashley Johnson has made this intense journey bearable. She is dedicated to her students, always available to help and never rushes us through any topic.

Ashley Johnson is an amazing teacher and person on every level. She gets the information to you and does it in a fun way. She shares her experiences and keeps you engaged. As long as you pay attention and apply yourself you will pass the exam no problem. I highly recommend her.

I’ve taken multiple classes from different real estate education companies over the past 20 years and Superior is by far the best. I’d absolutely recommend them for all your real estate education needs!

All of the instructors present the materials in a way that is interesting, engaging & informative. Participation is appropriately allowed & controlled to keep everyone engaged & informed. Anticipated questions & expectations are managed up front. However, Bill Gallagher has always been my favorite ❤️

Superior School of Real Estate offers multiple class delivery options that fit my unpredictable work/life schedule. The BICUP class I attended was phenomenal. The class was engaging, with interactive components, high energy and exceptional delivery!

Teaching style of Bill Gallagher is easy to understand, quite interactive and he always discuss in detail important topics

I was slightly nervous coming into this class thinking i didn’t have what it takes to pass the course. Stories i had heard from friends almost discouraged me from moving forward. Many realtor friends would tell me “I’ll never use it again” and after being in this class i really hope they were joking. The information that is being focused on is extremely important in order to know right from wrong as an agent representing sellers or buyers in such a huge experience. As i am a week out from finishing these classes and preparing for the exam and i can honestly say i am less nervous. Ashley Johnson has been a huge contributor to getting not only myself but the entire class ready for this exam. Ashley focuses her classes around providing focus on key topics as well as walking through items that may have someone confused. She uses real life situations to help students understand the terms and to put them into perspective. She always has a good attitude and keeps the energy high while she teaches. But she does go beyond by including personal experiences she has had and why it is so important to do the right thing for the buyer or seller. She has been an inspiration to learn from and i look forward to passing this test thanks to her and her ability to make it fun and understandable. She is definitely someone i hope to keep as a coach after i pass this exam.

Tracy Frazier is a fantastic teacher. I was able to pass the Brokers’ pre-licensing course with my 1st try. Tracy was super patient with me and the class. She answered ALL my questions & I ask a lot. Thank you again, Tracy. I really appreciate it. I’ll see you POST-Licensing.

I took the General Update class today and the instructor did an excellent of relating information in a fun and upbeat way! Thank you to instructor Andrea Williams.

This school is great! I’ve taken my pre licensing, post licensing and CE class! All the instructors are great! Especially Vee Morton, Tracy, Andrea Williams, spencer Clifford!! 10/10 recommend!!

I had Mrs. Vee and she is such an amazing instructor I felt very confident taking the class with her and she was very knowledgeable and always answered every question making sure we really understood the material

I cannot say enough amazing things about Tracy Frazier! I had her for pre and post classes and she is all around the greatest instructor ever! Take her class!!

Empathetic, encouraging , understanding and extremely knowledgeable in real world situations as well as content. Full of excitement and stories making it impossible to not pay attention. Provides wholesome and personalized instruction. Mrs. Johnson is invested in your success and is truly inspiring . I could not imagine myself with any other teacher.

Ashley, aside from being influential and highly academic, is by far the most personable and resourceful instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning under. If you have the opportunity to take her class you will be 1000% be prepared for the exam(s) and the real world.

This is my first time taking this class and I'm very lucky to have Ms.Johnson as my instructor, she’s full of energy dummy downs hard to understand terminology and has lots of fun stories to tell! 11/10 instructor!
