Wall of love for Superior School of Real Estate

Spencer Clifford is a GREAT instructor! I hope to one day be that great in real estate! Looking forward to taking my post licensing classes with him!

Roger Green was my instructor, and he did a phenomenal job!! Assisted with sending class recordings & Important Vocabulary Guides along with abbreviation guide. Greatly appreciative!!

I am currently enrolled in Roger Green's class. Roger is fantastic at keeping the class engaged, and he is enthusiastic in sharing his wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry and his experiences in it. I have learned so much, and I cannot recommend this school, and, more importantly, this instructor enough!

Love Bill Gallagher and Superior! Have been a realtor for 12 years and have pretty much always taken classes with Bill if I can. Informative, entertaining every time! Took my Ethics today with Bill!

Passed my final exam! Thanks to Ms. Alisha DeBerry I was able to execute the exam with confidence. I highly recommend taking this course, if you’ve been thinking about it just do it! That’s what I told myself and I dedicate long days and night to studying and retaining the information but it’s all been worth it.

I had an awesome General Update training with Alisha DeBerry! Not only was it informative, but she made it fun. She points out the important takeaways and also gives tips on things you can do to keep yourself informed. I will look for her class again.

Fast paced and challenging course with an excellent instructor! Superior has worked hard to put an outstanding program together to ensure you have the tools you need to start your real estate career and it shows!

I go visit Bill and Superior School for all my continuing education! Always informative and fun! Take the ethics course!!

I have only ever used Superior for Real Estate education. I have always been a fan of Bill Gallaghers classes and most recently took his Ethics course on 6-8-24, it was a great class! Everyone I have taken through Superior has truly been great!

Mr. Miller is a great teacher, explains the topics thoroughly and is very patient and straight forward, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does and is very helpful explaining the process, also has great powerpoints!

My experience taking the virtual, instructor led 79 hr course has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have felt fully supported and prepared on my quest to become certified as a provisional broker throughout this process. My instructor, Angel Trimble, has done an amazing job of making sure that we not only understand concepts but also of providing opportunity for us to practice and apply what we have learned. Any dissonance in success is definitely due to preparation and not to resources. I believe that there could be more coherence throughout materials. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone considering it.

Loved working with Angel on my pre-licensing courses with Superior. She was very knowledgeable and I actually feel like I am prepared for the NC Real Estate exams after my classes. Would recommend working with Superior for all RE needs in NC.

Bill, Instructor is very knowledgeable and covers all material with great class participation. Material is very timely. Superior has great support for remote classes.

Fantastic learning experience! Always a lot of fun and an engaging way of learning annual BIC updates that affect our business.

I have taken CE with Bill and Superior School of Real Estate for years. Bill does a great job, keeps you engaged and interested! I will always take CE with them!

Bill Gallagher gave another great BIC update class! I look forward to this class every year! Thank you Bill for all that you do for our industry!

Bill Gallagher has been with me throughout my entire real estate career. He did a fantastic job as usual on the BIC update course 24-25. Thank you!

Great online CE classes. Vee Morton is a great teacher! All the teachers have been great. It is great that they provide this service for everyone.

Ashley Johnson, the pre-licensing instructor at Superior School of Real Estate in North Carolina, is nothing short of exceptional. Her teaching style is not only exemplary but also incredibly descriptive, making it easy for students to grasp and remember important topics. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure that students not only understand but also retain the material by emphasizing key points that are likely to be on the exam. Under Ashley's guidance, the majority of the class is brought to a level of understanding that equips them to pass the course with flying colors. I personally experienced this firsthand as I successfully passed both the course and the state national exam on my first attempt, a testament to Ashley's effective teaching methods. Her dedication to her students' success is evident in the results she helps them achieve. I credit Ashley Johnson for significantly enhancing my knowledge of North Carolina real estate and contributing to my success in obtaining my license. Her passion for teaching and expertise in the field make her an outstanding instructor. If you have the opportunity to take a course with Ashley at Superior School of Real Estate, I highly recommend it

I have to give it to my instructor Andrea Williams. She was positive, engaging, and provided additional resources to aid us. I can't thank her enough.

Alisha was a great instructor for my update course! She was very enthusiastic, answered all questions and provided great examples! Definitely recommend!

this is the best school I have found. i love learning from Alisha DeBerry. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Brant Ruben

I recently completed my Pre-Licensing Course with Superior School of Real Estate and I really enjoyed my experience! My class was virtual but it still felt like a classroom setting. My instructor Dennis Miller was very knowledgeable and I thought he did a great job teaching the material. I would highly recommend Superior School of Real Estate and I look forward to completing my Post-Licensing and CE classes with them!

I’ve been taking my continuing ed with Superior School of Real Estate for a couple of years. Today I took Bill Gallagher’s Ethic class and he kept the content interesting and engaging. I will be back for more classes!

7/18/24 I have been using Superior School of Real Eatate for years and always a great experience! They are professional and very knowledgeable. I always learn something new! Highly recommend if you want to get your real estate license or just to meet your continuing education requirements!

I always recommend Superior School for pre-licensing, post licensing and continuing education. I take all of my continuing education with them. Their instructors are the best! Just did an ethics class with them this afternoon and it was awesome!

Great accessibility, variety of classes and instructors! 7/17/2024 Ethics Bill Gallagher ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All I'm going to say is get Ashley Johnson as your instructor. Do not get anyone with the following initial: J. F. This is my second time taking the course because I didn't learn a damn thing the first time. Money was well spent this time. I joined Ashley's Bad Ash group for additional tutoring and it has helped tremendously.

100% recommend choosing Ashley Johnson as your broker license instructor. Shes knowledgeable and keeps the class engaged the entire time.

7.10.24 Gallagher, instructor, Ethics class. Meghan, moderator. I have been a Georgia and North Carolina realtor for 22 years. My Georgia education was always reciprocal with North Carolina and this is the first year that North Carolina real estate commission started to require us to get North Carolina education as well. I was so aggravated by this because it's just more on us as agents and then that whole NAR price fixing lawsuits and the stuff that's happening in our industry that's just awful. But every single class, including this one, from Superior has been so enjoyable that I feel like I have been missing out and I'm so glad they made this requirement!!! Mr Gallagher is such a awesome moderator. He teaches well like a southern gentleman and Make sure that everyone is interactive and honored for their input so it makes the class a lot more interesting and student focused. The school has been excellent with getting the certificates to me and their website for classes to sign up or attend is so user friendly. There really is nothing I can think of that they could do better!

The code of ethics class I took with Bill Gallagher and moderator Meghan Cavanaugh today 7/10/24 was excellent. A lot of really good information was shared and the class itself was extremely helpful and educational. Thank you Bill for making this class fun and interactive! 😊

Bill Gallagher and the Superior School of Real Estate are outstanding. My remote Ethics class was outstanding. Pre class communication, testing my systems and sign on easy and clearly communicated. The class content was on point- even referencing new changes in buyer agency compensation and highly involving many comments and opinions from participants. A very worthwhile class!

I have been going to Bill Gallagher's continuing education classes for the last 24 years and have always been impressed with how much I learn and how often I smile throughout the class. I've also attended classes with other instructors with this company and compared them with other instructors. Consistently I see that Superior teachers really do earn their title as "Superior". They are above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

Instructor Bill Gallagher's Ethics course today (7/10/24), was great and very educational! Bill is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate his teaching style and all the information that was presented and learned.

Ethics class 7/10/24 has been very pleasant, informative and well presented. Thank you Bill Gallagher for the excellence!.

Bill was awesome! The class was very informative and thorough. Very affordable as well especially when you catch the deals!

I loved being in Angel Trombly's Pre-licensing class. She is a great instructor and really breaks the information down for you to understand it.

I recently attended the Superior School of Real Estate and had a great experience being taught by Angel Trombly. Angel is a fantastic communicator. She provided invaluable tips for studying and preparing for the exam, which greatly enhanced my learning experience. I highly recommend this school and Angel Trombly as an instructor for anyone looking to excel in real estate.

Angel Trombly is a great instructor. She gives real life examples that put it all together. For an online class she does an exceptional job reviewing, explaining and identifying key points. Her personality is authentic, light-hearted, and enjoyable.

The teacher, Ms.Angel is a GREAT teacher. Makes this Difficult course less difficult and it’s fun learning from her. Thank you very much Ms.Angel!

Angel Trombly is an excellent teacher. She helps us and shares a lot of important information for the test. I am very proud that she is my teacher.

Fast paced Online learning and Really informative schooling !! Loved Taking the NC Pre-licensing Broker course … Can’t wait to get started as a PB and get my License !!!

Angel was awesome! She Covered all of our materials in detail as we learned and helped us with any questions we had! Really enjoyed having her as our instructor!

Vee Morton is a great instructor. She explains the material clearly and allows for appropriate interaction. I left the class feeling well-prepared for the exam. The additional materials and Kahoot! App help to prepare for the exam too.

Alisha DeBerry is amazing ! She’s an exceptional instructor who knows how to engage with her class and simplify information that helps give you the confidence to succeed. I’ll recommend her to anyone, regardless of where they may be on their journey. Thanks for everything!

Alisha DeBerry was a great instructor and was super thorough. Superiors curriculum really sets you up for success. Would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to obtain their NC Real Estate License.

Alisha DeBerry was a fantastic instructor and I felt confident taking the course exam. The school itself is very responsive to students, offers a wide variety of courses and is very reasonably priced. Definitely will use Superior and Alisha for continued education courses.

Bill Gallagher is the ultimate and upmost in real estate educators. I have been taking Bill‘s classes for the last 19 years. I have been showing real estate in North Carolina. I recommend his class is highly. Don’t go anywhere else. You won’t fall asleep and you’ll love the classes.

Alisha DeBerry is the class of all classes. I toughly enjoyed learning from Alisha from post-license and being in her online class. She has a way of providing examples and explaining the course material in detail. You can tell she truly cares about her students and have a passion for teaching and VERY knowledgeable about her subject. Alisha is very encouraging when you feel you just don't get it. I hope to get her again for post license course.

Mrs.Alisha is honestly the best teacher i’ve ever had straight the the point and highlights important info that you should remember/know, highly recommend!

Alisha is an exceptional teacher who truly goes above and beyond for her students. She ensures that we thoroughly cover all the material, and provides us with homework to keep us on track. Alisha is deeply invested in our success, often spending her personal time to conduct course reviews and ensure we understand the content. I highly recommend Alisha as your instructor for your real estate journey. She sets the bar high and is a true catalyst for your success in becoming the best you can be.

I always enjoy taking CE from Bill Gallagher as he makes it interesting. Lots of class engagement, meaningful examples and helpful info. Thank you!

Attended live virtual Gen-up class on 6/10/24 with William Gallagher as the instructor. He was great and his enthusiasm made the class enjoyable! From the sign-up, to the moderators, to the instructor, to my classmates - the entire experience was great. Definitely recommend Superior School of Real Estate!
