Just completed Negotiation 2 with Bill Gallagher (instructor) and Brittany (moderator) and, as always, a fun engaging class! Bill brings energy along with necessary and relevant information to the class and you leave with knowledge that can be utilized right away whether you are actively assisting buyers/sellers or have transitioned to a “referral only” business. Highly recommend both Negotiation 1 and Negotiation 2 with Bill.
Request - Now that I have my CNE, I would love there to be a list of other CNE brokers that we could all contact for referrals!

I took two Superior online CE courses (Gen Up and Blueprint for Success) with Bill Gallagher today (2/26/2026). Both courses were informative, entertaining and there was a lot of classroom participation. I would highly recommend Bill and these courses to any NC broker when you need to meet your CE requirements for the year.

I recently took the North Carolina Brokers Mandatory General Update class with Bill Gallagher, and I can honestly say it was one of the best CE experiences I’ve had.
Bill has an incredible way of making what could feel like a “mandatory” class actually engaging, practical, and valuable. He breaks down complex topics in a clear, real-world way that truly sticks. You don’t just sit there to get your hours — you walk away sharper, more confident, and better prepared to protect your clients and your business.
His examples are relevant, current, and grounded in what’s actually happening in today’s market. As an active agent, I deeply appreciate an instructor who respects our time and gives us information we can immediately apply in the field.
If you have the opportunity to take your General Update with Bill Gallagher, don’t hesitate. He makes the material make sense — and even enjoyable.
Grateful for great teachers like him!

Roger Green! The most incredible instructor you can imagine. His knowledge, and the delivery of that knowledge to others is unmatched. He’s expressive, patient, and understands that real estate is new to his students, therefore he must pour this massive amount of information into them with precision and ease. He is skillful in doing just that. I am so happy I chose correctly as to who would lead me through this challenging journey of becoming a real estate broker. I’m highly impressed with his abilities as an instructor and public speaker. Thanks you so much Roger, I truly appreciate you.

He explained everything clearly, kept the class engaging, and made even the more complex real estate topics easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely wants his students to succeed, and I left the course feeling much more confident and prepared.

I never miss an opportunity to take a CE course with Bill Gallagher and today’s session reminded me why. Specifically today’s course was for the BIC Up held on 2/21/26. The discussions were detailed, inclusive, and genuinely engaging. It’s real learning. Not surface-level content and I always leave better than I came. Bill and his team are the BEST!
