Been a customer going on 2yrs. I love it. I haven't gotten any gigs , messages, or fb likes from it like I had hoped but when I pitch it to my clients they love the idea. I think it helps set me apart. I had an issue once and it was fixed right away. They even checked back with me to troubleshoot and make sure it was working good at my next event. You don't get tech support like that these days. I also love that they actually listen to their customers wants and needs.

RequestNow has been somthing I've been using pre-Covid. Even before, to get people away form the booth but keeping them even more engaged than before is a life saver! The ability for the system to automaticly detect the song and relay that to the customer is a huge plus! Over the past couple of years, they have been making HUGE leaps over UI and other streamlining processes for the user and text-in customer in mind.

This service has been an amazing addition to my DJ company, especially during the pandemic! Venues especially appreciate seeing us make an extra effort to be safe with the text request service, but the couples we work for especially love having their guests be able to send in photos for the Live Photowall and get an album of all the photos that got sent in that can almost never be captured by most photographers. This service has been our MVP and we will absolutely continue to use it in the future!
